Been a customer for 2 years and I LOVE…

Been a customer for 2 years and I LOVE their €19.99 plan. It works in 65 countries and I find them reliable 99% of the time.....yes in some countries I only get 3G but I can live with that. I have NEVER been scammed or charged more than €19.99I am aware that if I ever want to cancel my service I will have to send them a letter by registered mail. No big deal considering the amount of money I save per year!!!!

Not worth the try

They attract you with prices but hide conditions that gives you extra data charges that are 3 times the price of the plan.Customer service was also useless when call to explain them an error in their bill. Avoid

Poor to no internet connection at all

Poor to no internet connection at all. I bought the sim especially for mobile data and now I am writing this review from my roaming sim. Tested along France from Nantes to Nevers, in cities and in plain fields

AVOID AVOID AVOID

AVOID AVOID AVOID! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. I joined freemobile, as I was assured they had english speaking professionals. I moved house in 2018 August, and closed the account, also sent back my freebox. They are still charging me a monthly fee! There is no contact email, and every time I call, the staff tell me they cannot understand me. I clearly ask for someone to contact me in English( I say these words in French) And each time the staff just hang up on me. I contacted them on facebook as a last resort, their response - speak french... I would NEVER have joined them if I'd have known they would not speak English, but more to the point they are charging me even though they know I have moved house AND i returned the freebox. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. I will give free one more week before taking this further legally, but save yourself the hassle. Its also worth noting I had a mobile number with them, the signal was AWFUL. I could never get any signal, so I changed to orange. fr who are incredible!!! Go for orange!!!
