This is a freaking SCAM. Worst customer service ever.They have stolen more than 400 euros from me and sent a debt collector claiming I owe the money! I terminated my contract with them in MARCH 2019 and until this date OCTOBER 2019 I'm still getting charged EVERY month the freaking subscription!I've tried calling them 5 different times and it's been useless, they just tell me I have to send LETTERS!!! freaking LETTERS to a random location so they can cancel the charges! I ALREADY DID IT AND THEY STILL CHARGE ME! they won't resolve anything over the phone or emails. It's 2019!!!! This is a SCAM

Absolutely fabulous phone support when internet wasn't working. Rang 0033178569560. I'm in Edinburgh and was advised you can use roaming in many countries for no extra charge! A customer support person named Kaoutar was a complete delight and extremely helpful (perfect English). My daughter lives in Paris and uses this company with no problem. Kaoutar could give lessons to legions of customer support people working in the telco area. Many thanks.
