MWEB is the worst!!! Only the Sales department answers calls, I've been trying to get hold of the billing department for weeks now holding for more than 30 mins to an hour for someone to asisit me. Im not sure if its lack of staff or the current staff simply isn't working and if that's the case please get rid of the WHOLE and give people chances. You guys are quick to sell but when it comes attending queries you're the WORST! I was charged twice this month and I'm calling to find out the reason why!!! This is so frustating, the service is APPALLING. You've definitely lost a custmore here.
Terrible! No service, no response to email, webchat, calls nothing!In total my husband and I have held on to speak to someone for over 2 hours, how can Mweb run a business like this?Clearly they need more staff for the contact centre...Very poor We have had no choice but to cancel and move onto another company as I cannot run my business without a reliable service provider
Mweb internet is the worse I have come across, my fiber is working worse than LTE and ADSL.I have fiber for my house and I have only one TV on this internet but it is super slow and jamming like a turtle. And whenever you try to get hold of them it is al most impossible.1. On the live chat, I never get any response.2. On the phone call I spent R60, but still I couldn't get any one.This service provider is my biggest mistake when it comes to network.
This has been the worst experience I've ever had, they wanted me to pay upfront for the fiber installation which I did then it took 3 weeks for the installation to take place. I waited and waited for them to arrive but no one came, I called MWeb daily to follow up and all they could tell me was that they are escalating the matter to Vumatel. After 2 weeks of waiting, one of their agent's told me that my installation was up on-hold last month but none of the agents I had spoken to before bothered to tell me. I've now requested a cancellation and they've failed to do that as well, the agents keep putting me on long holds and transferring my call back into the queue. I work from home and MWeb has not been able to provide me with the service and now they don't want to give my money. I'm also unable to sign up with a different ISP because they've not cancelled my order with them. I'm so stressed and disappointment, I will never recommend this company to anyone.
They don't even deserve one star. I am still waiting for feedback. None of the listed numbers on Google works. Best pf all when the guy came to install my fibre he told me I need to wait for the delivery of the router from the courier. Why did he not just bring the router with him? They don't reply to the countless of emails that I have send. They don't reply to my WhatsApp message. Worst service that I have ever experience from any company. Stay very very far away. Afrihost is much better and their service is excellent.
If no star were an option, that would be my rating. We are with vodacom in our home and they answer immediately, respond to an email on the same day, and WhatsApp is instantly. Never use mweb and if you want pease of mind, excellent service, rather use Vodacom. Mweb is worst than extremely bad!!!! We are still waiting foe activation and it is a month now, and nothing. Promised after multiple calls that it will connect before the following day...up to today...month later still not. Cost me a lot on phone calls and they already deducted activation fee double!!
