Review Time
Update: Finally got through and it seems like this one is getting resolved. If so, I will be happy to make it a four star review.Incorrect Image shown on website. Purchased wrong item due to this. Customer service insists that I phone to resolve the issue; yet, every time I call (three times and counting), their voicemail is full. I have traded images, description of the issue and a specific request on how I want this resolved. Still, I am sure I will get the canned response all the negative reviews have received. I would say away and buy directly from the manufacturer. This is just a marketplace with no customer service.
Advertised drawer pull as 4", center to center. It's 4.25". Makes a difference. Contacted the company, who basically shrugged their shoulders. Seriously poor customer "care." Update: have tried twice to call - as they requested - but mailbox is "full." No one is minding the store... lesson learned.
BUYER BEWARE: I am a licensed GC home builder in Santa Monica, and this scam company (myknobs and emtek) sent me the wrong 300 dollar lockset, with the wrong finish, and refuses to accept responsibility. Their customer service is extremely rude and unhelpful, and the hardware they sell is absolute junk. Dont waste your money, you will be dissapointed in the end. You will have better luck online with Home Depot, or Amazon, or through a more reputable seller like schlage, or kwikset. Avoid any seller using Emtek as a supplier, you will be in for a massive headache, trust me from my terrible experience. Good luck consumers.
I came to write a review of my experience and notice that I apparently am not alone!I made a sizeable order of switchplates. They didn't fit so I called to request a return. It's an odd process and in no way intutitive, but I sent the things back on my own dime. They said they never received them which is absolutely bogus as I sent it via USPS and tracked it. The customer service is terrible. From reading others experiences, it seems like they will just accept the return and lie and say they never received it and not refund your money.Stay far far far away,.
Ordered 3 "sample" pulls to compare with my current hardware. None were a good match so I initiated a return per their policy. I was never told they did not provide a return shipping label which would have been at their discounted rate; instead need to pay full fare resulting in a refund of less than 1/3 of the original cost. Won't order from this company again.
Worst customer service. Buy your knobs on Amazon Overpriced and slow horrible service. Sent knobs that were rose gold. Not satin gold. Asked for an exchange They refused. Wanted pictures. You can’t look at the knobs when I send it back? So I took pictures. Then they wanted more pics comparing the four knobs to two others I ordered of the same color. Anything they can do to not provide a replacement they will do. For such expensive pulls they should be perfect. Instead wrong color and horrible service. Avoid this company at all costs Had to contact my credit card company to demand a refund. Trying to exchange anything will be a full time job. I ordered six pulls. Just six. Asked them to exchange four. They act as though it’s the end of the world. I didn’t order a kitchen full of knobs. This should have been a simple easy exchange Save yourself. The absolute worst customer service on the planet! My order arrived and there were two items short. After calling three times and emailing several others I was disconnected twice. I still am missing the parts and have no idea when or if they will arrive. Stay clear!! I'm now putting in a dispute with Amex.
