Inferior product sent and no help from customer services

I order toilet seat buffers in white. Grey buffers sent which are considerably cheaper rang customer services to rectify. Staff were rude and unable to help.

BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They supplied me with substandard fake parts that did not fit my toilet and will not refund me as it was over the 30 day limit despite that fact, that I am still within the 6 month limit of the Consumer rights act. They are asking me to return the product in it's original state, which of course I can't do because I had to fit it to see that it didn't work! I paid the same price of the 'named' part for this fake item. I rang them when I recieved the original package to query the items that I ordered but was assured everything was OK. Stupid me.... I was desperate for the correct parts for my toilet. I am going to continue to try and get my money back but please beware.UPDATE:Following the ‘story’ that the merchant has written here, I am happy to return the part, which is not damaged but was put in the toilet and removed because it did not work, if they pay for the shipping. In addition, please note that this merchant did not supply me with the original Saneux part that I ordered and paid for. They sent me a cheaper ‘fake’ part. I am still waiting for a refund as is my statutory right. I have since bought an original part and my toilet is working perfectly!

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. They do not respond to emails,sms or phone calls and take forever to deal with orders if at allI intend to curtail this exchange. The company wouldn't know the truth if they fell over it. Suffice to say I am still waiting for the item ordered or indeed any response to the messages sent.

They cancelled my order and the order…

They cancelled my order and the order status marked as refunded however never got my refund.I phoned them after two weeks and was told to contact my bank as order was marked as refunded.I contacted PayPal and I eventually received a refund.

Don't Waste your time.

Ordered a part from MTS last Saturday morning at 08:30 am, Website said. Guaranteed Next Day Deliveryemailed them on Monday, response said in the postNow Wednesday 5 pm and no part and a leaky loo. Thank you for your response 2 months after the event but your webpage promises Next Day Delivery and it would appear you are not aware that the message on your website is either confusing or misleading. I assumed like amazon, it would be delivered on the day after ordering, within 24 hours but clearly this was not the case... however the parcel when it did arrive was next day delivery by Royal Mail. Dear Supplier, I am giving my response your website says on the product page next day delivery guaranteed befor... it was not.

Had a bath tap problem. I rang MTS’s and spoke to a customer service person named Adele. All I can say is that I was provided with 10* service and this person could not do enough to help me. Her product knowledge is second to none and her advice I have taken. Brilliant service and a feather in her cap

Ordered a Twyford Nocturne fixing assembly online.

ordered a Twyford Nocturne fixing assembly because it was in stock, despite it cost more and extra for Vat and carriage. When checked the components no cistern seal. Phoned sales to be told you ordered it online you got exactly the same as the photograph. That wat you ordered We only sell not fit, you have to buy that separate. My point is they have knowledgeable people there so why doesn't it flag up this isn't in the pack and contact suppliers of this issue. Not happy now I have to source a donut (no pun) from the multitude of types on the market. The sales we useless no thought of even saying we could supply the item ( or even the gumption to see if it is available). Meanwhile my customer still has no toilet.
