Review Time
Just for a little balance as the feedback here is overwhelmingly negative (I hadn't read it prior to placing an order). I needed a part that has long since disappeared - MTS had it in stock. I ordered... the site promised me shipping updates... I got absolutely nothing until an SMS from their courier (DPD) saying my parcel would be delivered - it arrived three days later well packaged and in perfect condition.
I decided to leave a review because they have so many bad ones. I was very hesitant to purchase through them but the seat I required (a Haro wave) is expensive and was difficult to source. So I took a punt as they had it in stock and at significantly less than other limited suppliers. Ordered on the Tuesday arrived on the Saturday, perfect very very happy.
Why I did not check out trustpilot before using this company I don't know.Returned a valve recommended as a replacement but was not correct a week ago (£136.37). They deny receiving it, the person dealing with it is not here, the manager is on a conference call etc.Please don't go near this outfit.Really depressing that there are more and more of these cowboys out there.Glad I paid by credit card.
Avoid, avoid,avoid. Trust the reviews, I wish I had read them before purchasing. Still waiting for my refund 2 months in. Credit card company dealing with them now. Complete crooks who send the wrong items then mess you around with the returns process. Have had to chase them nine times and counting. Should not be in business.
I wish I had read the reviews first. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Every review I have read with a one star, fits exactly with my experience I had with dealing with them. I was lucky enough to get a refund but what a load of lies and Bull sh-t they gave me before they sorted out the refund.
There wasn’t an option for ZERO or minus. Avoid this company at all costs. Disgusting customer service. Dreadfully slow to respond to any queries and then claim to have sent you items that you paid for with no tracking info. Had to get refund via PayPal as being lied to constantly. Horrendous experience
MTS Supplied the totally wrong toilet seat! Completely different design and clearly would not fit! I have to pay for the return cost at £10.65 and it their issue not mine... AVOID! Utter shocking, I've paid for the return but will be taking this further!
