Terrible Customer Support

I ordered the FS10i and paid extra to have it brought into my home and set up. After it was set up, you could clearly see that it wasn't useable in the space. Each time you use it, you hit your head on the ceiling. The installers should have said something. It would cost me a restocking fee of $400 plus I would be out the $200 for installation if I tried to return it. The person I spoke to at NordicTrack was of no help and would do nothing. Terrible company for customer service and help.

Poorly built, very loud, and awful warranty support

In early June of 2023 I bought a NordicTrack 9.9 Commercial elliptical machine directly from NordicTrack. After a few workouts it started squeaking and clanking so loud that the volume on the training app needed to be turned on at full volume to hear the instructor. Within 3 weeks a defective weld at the main upright post (the post that the handles are attached to) caused it to suddenly fall to one side of the machine. Fortunately I got away with a bruised elbow, could have been a lot worse as the pedals seized up from the force of the failure. Over the last 10 days I have spent hours with the manufacturer on the phone to try to get a warranty replacement of the part but they have yet to send a new part because the weight of the upright is not in their system and they cannot process a weightless shipment. The problem has been escalated three times and phone support (apparently from India) has yet to have solved the simple problem. The quality control is awful based on the completely missed weld on the upright and the warranty support is even worse. They have been completely unresponsive to honoring the warranty on a poorly built machine. Back in the dozen workouts before it broke the touchscreen was difficult to use during a workout. The water bottle holder is on a 30 degree+ angle in an almost impossible to reach location. The screen takes a couple of minutes to boot up before each workout. The flywheel cover has the letters SMR in prominent print - I think it stands for Silent Magnetic Resistance but really should stand for Squeaky Magnetic Resistance. I would strongly advise against buying any machine from NordicTrack - I regretted the purchase immediately and a $250 + 10% restocking fee for a return is brutal on a $1,000 machine but I an tempted to take the hit and move on to any other brand.

Service is terrible, cycle needed major repair in two months of ridding, owner is required to be the repair tech, I would definitely not purchase again.

I paid in full for this bike. NEVER PAY IN FULL FOR THEIR PRODUCTS. DONT BUY THIER PRODUCTS!I purchased a Nordictrack cycle on May 2022. It has NEVER WORKED! I paid 189.00 dollars to have it put together. it worked that one time, but no internet. Online, by phone, or on the bike- NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They wanted me to literally take the bike apart to show then an inner battery part. Not the serial numbers on the outside. Take the bike apart to get help. This bike is heavy and complex.To date- I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO RIDE THIS BIKE!

Stay away from Nordictrack

If zero stars were an option I would take it. I purchased the Nordictrack S22i bike in March 2021, had to put it together myself because they weren't allowing techs into homes. This should have been my first clue. In Nov 2022 the bike stopped working, couldn't get someone to come look at it until Feb 2023, parts were ordered and never came, company claimed the products were sent and must have been lost, it took forever to get them shipped again. Part finally arrived May 2023 and didn't fix the problem. In the mean time, still paying for the bike and the ifit membership. At this point if my trash company would take the bike I would throw it on the side of the road. The company response is terrible, their customer service (if you want to call it that) talks in circles, BBB has been of no help. Nobody want to take responsibility for a sub-par product. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay as far away as you can, spend a little more on their competitors product, they likely have far superior customer service and backing for their product.

Horrible company and product!

Stay far away from this company!I ordered the Norditrack Commercial 1750 and the experience has been a disaster from the start! The "white glove service" was horrible. They unloaded the heavy box on my grass making deep tracks in the grass. The machine was not built properly; pieces from the arm are jutting out and the machine makes a rumbling noise. To top it off, customer service is terrible, after waiting for hours on the phone and getting sent to various departments, the nasty representatives told me it was not their issue!NordicTrack is truly a bad company in all areas. Spend your money elsewhere!

horrible decision to purchase a Nordic…

horrible decision to purchase a Nordic track bike!! didn't even make it two years. Once it stopped working I contacted there no help customer service and then paid the $160 to have a tech come the the house, once there he informed me it would be between $300 and $800 to fix. I asked him if Nordic track was really that bad and stated they keep him very busy. look elsewhere for exercise equipment!!!

Do NOT buy a NordicTrack

Do NOT buy a NordicTrack! This is a terrible company. I ordered the commerical 1750 model and it arrived nonoperational, and support services wasn't helpful I had to return the equipment. I now left with a $500 charge for the restocking and shipping fee on my financing statement. Not only I am getting charge this $500 fee, it also pulled down my credit score. So watch out and learn from my experience, DO NOT BUY a NordicTrack product!Update (6/14): Nordictrack wrote a response to this review and claimed they have helped me "resolved the issue and got the equipment to work as designed". This is NOT TRUTH. They never helped with anything, and I had to return the equipment. This is just evident how irresponsible Nordictrack is. Another of their lie.

"White glove" setup? Don't waste your $$$

I bought an elliptical and paid the extra $200 for the "white glove" in-home setup. The guys show up at 4:30 on a Saturday with the machine. They didn't even have the right tools and had to borrow mine. The next day when I went to use it for the first time, it makes this loud clunking noise with each rotation. Of course, customer service is closed on Sundays. On Monday, I did online chats with several people who were completely unhelpful. The most helpful response I got was for me to "pop off" some parts with a screwdriver and see if anything looks wrong. Uh, I didn't pay $200 because I want to troubleshoot setup. I finally called the number on the user manual, and a man created a service order and said someone would contact me. Four days later, I call iFit again and the woman says the technician has 3-5 days to call to set up an appointment.Not once has anyone seemed to understand my frustration with paying so much for such shoddy service. Don't waste your money on the so-called "white glove" setup. Or, if you do get it, make sure your toolbox is out and prepare to not use your new equipment anytime soon.

No lie, worst company I have ever dealt with for anything

Do yourself a favor and don’t even consider dealing with this company!! My husband and I ordered a bike from them and quickly realized we wanted to cancel the order. They provided no option to cancel on their website and didn’t answer our calls to customer service when their website said they should be available. We emailed multiple times, messaged on Instagram and Twitter. We tried just about every way to reach them to cancel our order! When we finally reached someone by phone we were informed it was too late to cancel and would have to be processed as a return. They said it was their policy to charge $250 for a return PLUS 10% of the order, PLUS tax. I have never heard of a company not offering an option to cancel on the order summary within minutes of ordering and they refused to waive this fee for us. The best they could do was bring the price down to $265 (the $250 plus tax) which is a TON to pay for not even ever having the item delivered. I am so appalled by the way we have been treated by this company. We were looking to buy several pieces of equipment, but they have lost us as customers for life. Please be warned before dealing with this company, i feel like we were majorly taken advantage of and I do not doubt that they waited to respond to us in order to be able to push our order far enough into the process to be able to charge us. Absolutely disgusted
