Ordered some shoes, received in 1 day. Well done offspring. Last time i ordered it was a let-down. Ordered 2 shoes, 1 was delivered after a week, and the other was cancelled after a week, cause they said they didn't have it in stock. (after having emailed them regarding the shipping status)I thought i'll give them another try, and this time it arrived in just over 24hrs. Try to keep it up. Only sell stuff you have in stock, do regular stock audits, and ship it fast like this time. Well done !
I should have checked the customer reviews before I placed any order!!!! Most terrible customer service ever received. They send me the wrong size of footwear. Refusing to send a correct size. I need to sacrifice my time to get their mistakes sorted. I would not recommend this retailer. This is definitely not a customer service I would expect.
Normally I check the reviews before ordering but dropped the ball on this one, really wish I had. Ordered a pair of trainers for my husbands birthday. Yodel left them at my front door in full view of the street last Friday evening. When we got home parcel was gone. Yodel as per usual here completely unhelpful but did admit I had left no special instructions to leave at my door (so in my eyes accepting liability). I contacted Offspring a week ago and I have been constantly fobbed off with excuses and Yodel needing more time to investigate. It’s the worse customer service ever. Save your money and if you can absolutely purchase anywhere else but here.The comment below from Offspring is laughable when I have literally been emailing them about this for a week and have been repeatedly told yodel need more time to investigate. Also there is no private message to reply to.
Terrible experience a first time customer. Order was dispatched then recalled no information just off yodel to contact sender. After several emails finally got a refund . But they didn't refund postage for an item I never received so I emailed back no apology. Would not use this company again
Ordered a pair of shoes for someone's birthday for collection in one of offspring's stores. Booked a train ticket to go and collect the pair when offspring emailed me to say it was ready to collect. Then the next day, the day I was meant to collect, they sent me an email saying the order had been cancelled due to a pricing error! It wasn't even that cheap compared to other sites so I don't see why they couldn't honour it. It was already at the store as per the tracking. Customer support was no help whatsoever and basically told me to kick rocks. So I'm out the cost of the train ticket and have to frantically go find another present. This wasn't my only bad experience with Offspring, but will definitely be my last. Awful company.
If I could give a minus I would !! Offspring & yodel marriage made in heaven . Two inept companies combined . They can’t tell me where or even when I’ll have my parcel . Use end or sevenstore as they use DPD ..Deidre was very helpful on email the only plus
Won’t ever use this again ordered 10 days ago maybe more by now and no updates on my order YODEL is terrible I even paid for next day delivery that was a scam basically gave them extra money tried to get in contact with them for days and no response starting to think my money is gone.
