I am writing again because I am extremely frustrated and honestly very upset with how this situation is being handled.I have already contacted Yodel myself, and they made it very clear that they have not received the parcel from you at all. They told me the item is still with Offspring’s head office holding, and that they are waiting for YOU to hand it over to them. They specifically instructed me to contact you because the delay is on your side.So I am really confused and disappointed that you are now telling me you will contact Yodel, when Yodel have already confirmed the issue is that Offspring hasn’t passed the parcel to them in the first place.These were special release trainers, and I stayed up until midnight for the drop, only for the order to go missing before it even left your possession. They are now completely sold out everywhere, and because of this delay I’ve also missed out on other opportunities to secure the pair. This has genuinely caused me a lot of stress and frustration.I need this to be dealt with urgently.Please locate my trainers immediately. If for any reason you cannot fulfil my order, I expect to know what compensation you will be offering for the loss of a limited, sold-out item that I can no longer purchase anywhere else.This situation should not have happened, and I feel like I am being sent in circles with no real action being taken.Please respond as soon as possible with a real solution.Alicia
Terrible service I ordered a pair of shoes about 7 days ago . They have been set to delivered but I haven’t received them . I’ve tried to get in touch with there customer service emailing them many times , even messaging there social media accounts yet no one has got back to me
I ordered some shoes off offspring on Friday 28th Nov, paid for ‘next day delivery’ (before 6pm), when i received a receipt it said it would be delivered on Sat 29th Nov. I received a tracking ID from offspring, saying my package had been dispatched, and shipped with Yodel. However, the tracking ID didn’t work on Yodel’s website or app, saying there was a problem. I contacted Yodel, who said the tracking ID wasn’t correct. As the shoes were meant to be delivered today (Saturday), I got worried. Yodel usually post from 9am-9pm. Around 10pm, the tracking code suddenly works, however it says the package is still ‘with sender’. So clearly, Yodel doesn’t have it, offspring do, and they haven’t fulfilled the next day delivery option which I paid £5.99 for, as these shoes were for my birthday. So, I don’t know if my package is coming as many people have also had this issue before, but if offspring do reply, I just want my package to be delivered as soon as possible and a refund for the ‘next day’ delivery I paid for, but didn’t receive. UPDATE: Finally recieved them on Monday 1st December, however, I did pay for next day delivery and it was expected to come on Sat 29th Nov. Nonetheless, the shoes weren’t double boxed, and the box received no damage. So amazing on yodels part, it was delivered at 6pm however, so a little late in the day but I managed to get live updates.
Bought a pair of shoes that were in stock when paid. No updates after 4 days. I’ve had to contact them myself and they’ve turned around and told me they’re not in stock anymore and i’m being refunded. I had plans to wear these and they have been ruined now. If you have shoes that are out of stock you should show that on your website or whats the point having a website!
Worst service ever! Ordered a pair of trainers and yodel said they tried to deliver 2 times when they never did as I was in both times, then said they were returning to sender! Trying to get an answer from customer services is a joke, live chat not available, no telephone number and social media never reply. Emailed for help but was blanked. All I want is for the trainers I ordered to be delivered. Situation still not sorted, haven’t received the trainers nor have got a refund. If this goes the same way as many other reviews have I will be going to small claims court without hesitation.
I ordered shoes and paid extra for next day delivery. 2 days pass no updates so I contact the team through email and twitter but no response. Then on the third day I receive an email saying my cancellation was accepted even though I didn’t cancel anything. There was no communication or nothing throughout those 3 days. Paid extra for delivery since I needed it asap but they didn’t even tell me why I didn’t receive it. Probably because of no stock or something but would’ve been nice to find out 3 days earlier instead i had to rush to a different store to see if it was in stock but it wasn’t so had to get a different colour way in the end. Horrible customer service but hey Atleast i got my refund
