Parcel was left outside someone else's house. I never gave permission to leave it in a safe space.OnePlus is refusing my claim and asking me to get a police report!?As far as I'm aware, it's not the customer's responsibility if incorrectly delivered.Was a OnePlus customer since 1+1 days but this has left a very sour taste.

Shocking Trade-In Experience – OnePlus Takes No Responsibility

I pre-ordered the OnePlus 13 and used their official trade-in partner, Mondo Affari, to trade in my Pixel 6 Pro. The phone was in good condition, yet it was unfairly deemed "defective." After multiple emails, I paid €27 for the return—which cleared two weeks ago—but I still have no tracking or confirmation of shipment.OnePlus has completely distanced itself from the issue, taking zero responsibility for the process. Their support simply told me to deal with their partner directly and, as a "gesture of goodwill," offered me a £10 coupon—which is frankly insulting given the situation.So now, I am out of pocket, my phone is damaged, and I have no clear timeline on when (or if) I’ll get it back. If OnePlus is endorsing this trade-in service, they should ensure customers aren’t left in situations like this. Avoid their trade-in program at all costs.

AVOID OnePlus, they do not CARE!

As per my review below albeit told to contact OnePlus, they're still not assisting, only resending a template apology stating they're investigating but still are doing nothing! I still have the faulty phone and was forced to buy another phone to use.This company should be shut down...the customer service us diabolical. They do not know how to treat customers, their only care is to make a profit selling sub standard devices.My device is 11 months old now and this is the second time this has happened with the phone not ringing at all and buttons stay greyed out. The 1st time was after a software update and just like the 1st time, they took over a month of me emailing/contacting them to finally take the phone back for fixing and within a week of getting back, the fault re occurs.AVOID at all costs,

Refusal to refund RETURNED items

I returned a gift with purchase Oneplus Watch and a Magnetic charger back to Oneplus and have NOT recieved a refund. The total that I am owed is $299.26. Every time I ask Oneplus for a update about the refund, they reply with the same generic email delaying the process. The label they provided has the RMA code where they could easily find my order. Fedex website has confirmed that the package was delivered back to Oneplus on Feb.17 and signed by an employee named B.Dubec. Fedex tracking shows no irregularities during transit so I am certain that the items were delivered untouched to Oneplus successfully. I have been a customer/fan of this company since 2017 but this has severely damaged my view on this company and I would not recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with OnePlus Service - want my phone returned

I am extremely disappointed with OnePlus's customer service. After emailing them over 10 times about the grading of my device, I’ve only received generic, robotic responses that fail to address my specific concerns. My phone was classified as grade C, but the minor marks on the frame do not justify this, according to OnePlus's own grading standards. Despite providing clear explanations, my case has not been thoroughly reviewed, and I have not received any meaningful or personalized responses.This lack of attention has caused unnecessary stress, and I feel my issue has been completely disregarded. I requested my phone to be returned immediately in the condition it was sent, and I am not willing to cover the postage costs, as there has been no justification for the grading.This experience has been extremely frustrating, and it has left me feeling like I’ve been misled. I will no longer be making any future purchases from OnePlus.I expect my phone to be returned promptly, and I urge OnePlus to take customer complaints more seriously.

Another complaint about the scam trade…

Another complaint about the scam trade in offer. Do not be fooled. The complaints process literally states take them to court.I've paid to have my phone returned, now no communication. Oneplus won't help you either.Please don't buy from this company. Default reply to all of these complaints is that they are a "customer orientated company" they are not!

OnePlus trade in is an absolute scam.I've been loyal since the 8 proSigned up for the early bird trade in deal for the op13 and was gonna trade my op12 .op 12 was valued at 420 euros which is around £360. Op12 was in immaculate condition always in a leather wallet case and is barely a year old without a mark on it.no screen burn and battery still at 96% .they downgrade it and offer me the equivalent of £260 because it's (showing signs of use) such a vague term to use.i tried countless times contacting both parties and only received cooperation and generic messages with know info with regards to how they graded it.there was no mention of grading when I ordered op 13.now I'm on my own and have to pay €27 to get my phone back.which I'm concerned about because other reviews say that this is a nightmare.so I'm out of pocket ,pissed off and hate OnePlus now.

Avoid this company!! If you want a OnePlus phone, please order it from a 3rd party, not from them directly. This company uses deceptive trade ins and has a horrible return policy/customer service is abbismal.

SCAMMERS!

I sent my phone to their service center in Poland under warranty (all managed by Oneplus). They informed me that my phone had arrived bent! I have photos that prove that my phone was sent for assistance in perfect condition. Considering that Oneplus doesn't have stores anywhere, what happens is that in case of assistance they damage your phone to find an excuse not to repair it! Eventually you will have to argue with people hidden behind email addresses. Scammers!

Complicit In Scam Trade-In Program

OnePlus are complicit in a scam trade-in program in partnership with Mondo Affari. They have scammed me out of my phone and are now charging me a fee to get it sent back.OnePlus are well aware of the scam scheme that Mondo Affari are running as it has been reported to them many times and it only takes a second to glance over a the Mondo Affari Trustpilot page to see just how bad the situation is.Under no circumstances should you partake on the OnePlus trade-in scheme. You will not get the money they quoted you and they will even charge you a ridiculous fee if you dispute their claim.This issue has been reported to OnePlus repeatedly and their support team wants nothing to do with it, they just divert correspondence back to Mondo Affari who couldn't care less.If they cared about their customers they would have addressed this issue ages ago, but they don't. I have purchased 5 OnePlus phones over the years, but the 13R will be my last. Do not do business with this company.
