Could someone from Otrium PLEASE issue my refund for the item I returned? It's VERY BAD business practice these days, with the countless number of online discount sites, to have a non-woking customer service number, emails that go unanswered, and chats that don't work! Customers should be kept at ease when ordering and returning items with emails/texts/calls that notice of your return has been reived, date the item is received and at approximately what date a refund can be expected. My credit card was charged straight away after my purchase on Otrium. Why then is it radio silence when items are returned? I fear I may never get my money back! Online order made September 18, 2023 (credit card charged immediately!!!)Order received and returned using FedEx return label. With tracking, it was confirmed that the item was delivered back to the warehouse in Ohio I assume on October 6, 2023.NO WORD FROM OTRIUM confirming receipt, processing, and approximate timing of refund.Shame on you for having such horrendous business practices when there is so much software available to help with your customer interface!I will NEVER order from Otrium ever again!
I am kind of nervous bc I ordered a dress and the tracking says that it was supposed to be delivered today but when I check the tracker it also says that the package is still in OHIO. So I am not sure if this place is legit. by the way it is 9:30 pm sep 27th.
Why would any company use Evri as a delivery/returns courier? I am trying to return a parcel back to Otrium,Contact Evri for a collection, yes pick up Monday, never happened…..but check on Evri website and yes they did collect it (according to them) So try to contact Evri (by the way if you call on a mobile they charge you £6.00 for the pleasure) on the website filled in a form and it said that they would get back to me……it’s now Wednesday and nothing! Also emailed Otrium and nothing…..So I thought I would re- book collectionAnd now they don’t recognise my address????? I like Otrium but will not use them again until they change courier companies. Very disappointed and frustrated
I placed an order last week. It was accepted and payment was made. A few days later, I was notified that my order was cancelled and that a refund would be made within a few days. A refund was made, but in a lesser amount than was charged. I was given a coupon code for a reduction on my next purchase. I placed another order, with the coupon code, but I noticed right away that it was not applied, so I tried to cancel the order one minute later. I discovered that I needed to call. I tried four different 'customer service' numbers, none of which would answer. I wrote to the company about the attempt to cancel the order. Their response was that it had already been packed (even though I notified them of the cancellation one minute after the order had been placed). How could that be? I questioned again and was told that I will receive the order and that I will have to pay to return it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY !!!
My package was mailed out to a PO Box by lasership which doesn’t actually ship to PO Boxes. The shipping company needs a physical address from Otrium to forward the package but their customer service is not replying at all. I can not get anyone from Otrium to answer me so that the package can be delivered. Emails are ignored and website chat doesn’t seem to work.
