Received a product that did not come with instructions on how to install it (screen that was supposed to keep dog from getting from back to front seat). Tried to figure it out (did not fit between headrests in Prius) & sent request for instructions that were not helpful. A diagram would have been very helpful; this was a waste of money for me, donated to local shelter.
Their website is user friendly, which I appreciate!!Their products are exactly as described! Excellent quality materials used! I bought the dog bed that secures to the back seat of your car or truck! It's a blessing for us! I'm so happy we bought it!! My dog is more secure and relaxed in it! I recommend it highly!!
Product was cheap and thin. Their website boasts about their amazing satisfaction guarantee and easy returns with no questions asked. HOWEVER, when you go to return, they respond saying you have to give a reason before they process your return. I gave them my reason and never heard back from them again despite multiple follow up attempts. Don’t use this company. Response to company comment:I have sent 3 emails since this review. Still nothing. My order number is PELSORG133750. Please process my return and give me the instructions to return it.The only email I've received from you said I need to give a reason in order for the return to be processed. We are now approaching the 14 day return policy through no fault of my own. Instead of writing back comments on this platform- write back to my emails and provide decent customer service
I am happy with my purchase of the calming bed. I love that it has the back roll to help give support but it also serves as protection for the sofa. I used to use a blanket but found that the back would droop and not protect my sofa from dog hair, etc
We installed our Pelsbarn cover in the back of our 2024 Ford Expedition Timberline....I was really excited to put in as we've been delayed by the rains which have finally stopped....One of the plastic snap latches on the side panel strap was broken, and the size across the back is short by about 5" on each side and when our 150lb Boerboel (my service Dog) jumped in, it pretty much skewed everything such that we had to have her get back out. And it seems she punched a hole in the mesh which was between the gap in the front seats, not very tough. We do like the texture and feel of it but there's going to. be a lot of tweaking things to get to a good fit, hardly 3 minutes as stated in the literature. For any dog 150 pounds or more, especially with the jump to get in. In our opinion it's just not a good fit for a large SUV, maybe a Subaru Outback or a Honda pilot but not a good fit for our Expedition. My husband and I have done large breed rescue for around 20yrs, so it wasn't our first time using a seat cover system of this type, except for the board inserts in seat portion.
