Terrible quality. I bought both the luxurious sofa bed and the original calming bed. They are made of cheap, thin materials and the bolsters are limp on both. Can't believe I have to pay to ship it back AND a $7.99 restocking fee each. THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM!!!
I recently purchased a dog bed for my car from Pelsbarn. The first thing was how long it took me to get it. I realize it was the holidays, but 4-5 business days tuned into three weeks. Ordered December 16 and received it January 4. The other thing is that it is very low end with how much it cost. There is no type of padding on the seat part. It is very flimsy. The seat belt attachment is corroded. Their return policy is crazy. 7.99 for restocking fee and me paying to return it. My thought is save yourself and buy one that is in a store you can see. This was a complete disappointment. Crazy also that I have to review in trustpilot because you can’t review on their website. Seems like they only allow positive reviews from paid people. Buyer beware.
OMG, this dog bed is the most luxurious bed ever! It feels so incredibly soft. Our dog LOVES it! He is a Boston Terrier and fits very well in the small size. I move it around from room to room so he can be with me. We travel in the car a lot, and plan to use it on our travels as well. Wonderful product!! So pleased!
The fluffiness of this bed is unreal! Also, when there was a delivery delay, they quickly got in touch with the courier to fix it and gave me a nice discount. I definitely felt more comfortable making purchases! Thank you Pelsbarn! ❤️
I ordered 2 dog beds 3 weeks ago and cannot get any shipping info. The order number they give me only appears to move around the warehouse, if there is one. No carrier info provided. No one answers phone calls and multiple emails were responded to one time vaguely, saying order was shipped but it still hasn't left their warehouse. Terrible company to deal with. I have asked that they cancel my order and refund me, but that didn't happen. My only recourse is to dispute with credit card company.
We love our golden's dog bed, she loves her new dog bed, & much to her dismay, our cat loves her new dog bed :) The bed came quickly. It is easy to keep clean. It is such an added bonus to know we are helping shelter dogs as a result of purchasing Pelsbarn's products. What a great bonus incentive!
I ordered a dog bed on December 1, and 35 days later, I have yet to receive it. I am in communication with their customer service team which continues to be a disappointing experience with AI generated responses and still NO updates about when I can expect to receive the bed. Apparently it's with a 'carrier' and still not even with the shipping party. Completely unacceptable. If I don't receive it by the end of this week, I'll have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Will never be purchasing from this company again. I was given an order number that is now showing as EXPIRED in the tracking section, so that's cool (PELSORG120148), and I was also given a tracking number from Christina that is UJ918040384YP and doesn't even register on your tracking page.
