I have been ordering and wearing Pikolino shoes for years with satisfaction. Over the last year the size has become smaller and narrower. They do not fit well any more plus the materials of construction have become inferior. After 4 weeks the material inside the heel has worn through. Just like Marks & Spencer socks and underwear, do the management really think the customers re stupid will not notice a drop in quality?Will not be buying Pikolinos any more.
DO NOT purchase from this company. I ordered directly from their website and was scammed. This company will leak your name and address to other companies. I purchased a pair of shoes approximately 3 months ago. I returned them shortly after. When you make a return online you must click a button. This button opens a pop up window which auto generates a return label for you. I didnt verify it carefully and used the auto-label to return an item. A month later and after no reply from the company, I inquired about my return. They told me it was a totally wrong label and that they wouldnt refund me. I was totally unaware that the label they generated was false. I was scammed. Please be careful with this company. Customer service will avoid you and will not give you supervisor information or contact info. I never received any refund for the pair of shoes I purchased and my personal identifiable information may have been leaked as a consequence. I will never shop here again
Hi guys i bought some 15A-6175 Fuencarral men''s shoes and after one month of normal using one of the two shoes'external seam it's broken and split open it.. I wrote an email to customer service and received no reply ..Beautiful model of shoes, but very poor quality and non-existent customer service.
I’ve been wearing pikolnos for many years recently I noticed the quality seemed like it was slipping so I made a comment to my girlfriend. are these pikolinos made in China now? She googled it and sure Made In China.$150 for shoes that come apart at the seems., Cheap Garbage. I’ll never buy again.
Not worth the money anymore. Old Piks (made in Spain) last for years and with a light polish they look good. New Piks (I presume Chinese made) fall apart after just a few months. Stitching comes away, soles not glued properly. There’s too much competition out there to keep wasting your money on a ‘has-been’ brand.
I have five pairs of Pikolinos shoes. The first four were made in Spain. I love them. The fifth pair was made in China. I had ordered three pairs to try them and all three pairs were sized differently even though they were labeled as size 44. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. I ended up with a pair that fit but they are not the same quality as the ones made in Spain. I won't buy any more Pikolinos. It's a shame because they used to be so good.Pikolinos. Listen to me. Go back to Spain and go back to making excellent quality shoes and I may buy from you again. I'm not buying cheap Chinese made junk.
