Had a issue with my charger not working. Called the 24 hour help centre and spoke to Carl Kevin Santos. He was very knowledgeable, walked me through what was causing the issue and sent an over the air patch to get me charging again. Great customer service and extremely satisfied it got sorted over the air.
Nic the advisor took me through the process step by step, stayed on the line rather than just sending me the guidance. It is hugely appreciated when someone recognise you as a person to help and has the patience and expertise to get you to the solution.
