It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. No proper customer service available. Sent several emails. Always responding with same automated reply on every email. I noticed here the website representative are also pasting same response to everyone to send email. I have sent more than 10-15 emails. Not like every day but after every 2-3 or 4 days. Now there is no response at all. Even sent them the screenshots that there is authentication error. Most of the major websites. Apple/amazon/Netflix/eBay/Walmart etc. I would never do any business with them in future and I’d never recommend to my friends this website.
Worked fine until it locked me out for authentication purposes. When calling up, I was met with complete disregard for my query, 0 empathy, rudeness and absolutely no problem solving skills. Seriously appalled how customer service can be this abysmal in 2021. No need to respond to this post - seems like everyone else that took you up on the offer to contact one of your agent was met with the same fate. Waste of time!
I've uploaded my ID 3 times and have just called your office and got charged international call rates! Why is there so much bull crap from your scamming company to get a proper outcome of this issue!! This company is rude and obnoxious scamming company that uses the banking processes to hold peoples money for no reason.The address has already been validated due to someone already in the property validating but this scam company still decided to hold onto my money.Spoke to an agent called naomies??Who was rude and kept feeding me information from the supervises who were too gutless to take the call call themselves despite my repeated requests to speak with them.Avoid this company at all costs!I have called following the reply below..ruddy told me to "get to the point.." when I called in and manager John was rude and useless! You just wasted my afternoon by calling for nothing!! SCAMMERS AND LIARS AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHAT DO EVER.... AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
If I could give it 0, I would - total scam!I got my link for a prepaid card from recharge.com, but prepaiddigitalsolutions would not allow me to create my account. I contacted customer service, and then being sent one unhelpful email after another. And sure, they're going to comment that they want to get in touch, and make it right, after which I will not be able to comment. Stear clear, and trust the reviews from below - they're a terrible company.
Impossible to redeem a reward from virgin pulse. Their costumer service has been nothing but useless after at least 10email sending me the same steps to repeat over and over and not, which do no work and they are not listening. Now they are just ignoring my email, so much for costumer support. Will never use their services again. Do yourself some good and use another company.
Not a scam as many people are saying, you just need to login and select the method in which you receive your card/check the balance. Only thing I will say is that over the past 2 months, newly, just redeemed cards have been getting flagged for fraud immediately after redeeming my card, thus not letting me access it. But contacting support either through email/calling will usually get the problem resolved in less than 5 days usually.
