Terrible system

Terrible system. I used their service as reward from Dynata Global UK a survey company I do survey's for. A few days ago I choose for a reward of 40€, this comes in two codes of €20. To merge both codes you lose 2€, which left me with €38. I wanted to buy an Android TV Box on Amazon for €39,99, but that was not possible anymore since they have taken €2 away for merging the two codes. I had no idea how to solve this but after thinking two days about how I could solve this problem I saw this button 'Add Payment' and when I clicked on it, it said 'Enter your prepaid digital token.' Aha, solution here, I just have to order another €20 code at Dynata Global UK and then it will be added to the €38 on the card (minus €2 of course,) leaving me €56. That's even enough to buy a more expensive Android Box on Amazon.So, I ordered another €20 digital token, it was delivered very fast, I type in this code and...they create another card of €20.That is not adding a new token, but creating a new card with a token ! This system is completely unusable this way. There should be ONE card you can add funds to with tokens or at least a function to add funds with a new token to an existing card.Now I have two cards, one with €38 and another with €20, but not possible to buy what I wanted to buy.Very disappointed in this company, I would not recommend using their service.

This is a horrible company

This is a horrible company, it works no where, I am trying to use the card to buy something from Coolblue and Mediamarkt, both websites rejected the transaction, called the customer service, they asked me did I buy something illegal? and why I buy something online while they have a physical store.Please do not put any money in this card, the service sucks.

Legal Theft

I had 4 - $25 Virtual Visa cards stored in my digital wallet. When I went to the website to check my balances for holiday shopping, all my cards had been ZERO'd out! I had two cards that still had $25 each on them and the other two had a few dollars left on them. The cards were zero'd out just a week ago! Apparently there were expiration dates on using the funds on these cards that I was not aware of and I received no email warning me that I was approaching an expiration date on these funds. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and my state Attorney General. I may not be able to get my funds back but perhaps I can initiate some regulation to prevent this kind of legal thievery in the future.

I have been receiving cards every two…

I have been receiving cards every two weeks, it takes about 4 weeks to process and arrive which is fine and I am in Canada. I can use the cards at Cabellas, Bass Pro and Sport Check so it’s great and legit.

Feels like some sort of scam

Feels like some sort of scam. I was sent a card 5 weeks ago. Never arrived. I have sent emails. No further on. Still no pre paid card. The authentication process is complicated and seems set up to be difficult as possible. It feels like it purposely set up to deny you access to your funds, because there is a 3 month time limit. I am over a month in now and still don't have a card.DO NOT USE THIS SHODDY SERVICE

Can't use the card anywhere, a huge scam

It DOES NOT work anywhere! Do not get a prepaid credit card from them, it will not work and on top of that the whole authentication process is ridiculously tedious, slow and works only once every 50 times! On top of all that, the customer support is next to useless, you ask them a question about one thing they answer with something totally unrelated. Even a braindead idiot would do a better job.For everyone from Belgium and Netherlands, do NOT buy prepaid credit cards from herladen.com, they will force you to use prepaiddigitalsolutions for it and you will just be wasting your money!

WHERE DID ALL MY MONEY GO??

I redeemed a $40 gift card from Smiledirect Club on 2020/10/12 according to prepaiddigitalsolutions. I come back today to see if I still have the money, and it says it was removed on 2021/07/03 almost two weeks now. Who removed the money? Reading these replies it seems like it was this "company". I will definitely be in touch with customer service but it seems that won't be of much help either.

I've tried multiple times to log in to the digital wallet. I've been emailing back and forth w customer service. Finally get in and then receive an error message that the "resource is no longer available, has changed its name or is temporarily unavailable" Feels like a scam to me.

Absolute trash company whose intent is…

Absolute trash company whose intent is to make the process as hard as possible so that you give up on the funds and that's how the make money. You will have to call dozens of times and be put off or said you will be contacted back and no response. You will have to invest so much time to get this to work that the opportunity cost will far exceed the funds. Shame!
