Trash is a generous way to describe this company and their bogus a$$ service, can’t even check the balance in my digital wallet and can’t log in to even begin with, doesn’t help that there’s no link on their site to request help, hell their site from Google won’t even give you the option to log in because it treats even going to their site a security riskIt’s a scam 100% and needs to be shut down
I bought a Prepaid MasterCard for 114 euros today and suddenly I couldnt be able to redeem it knowing that i have been always buying those cards for the past months, i got this message today : We were unable to verify the information you provided. You should have received an email from service@prepaiddigitalsolutions outlining next steps.If you currently have a card, you can still use any funds already loaded on your card during this time. If it has been 2 business days since you submitted your information and you have not heard from us, contact Customer Support at +44 (800) 0487475.I sent them an email with the Invoices Shown that i have paid for this card, and still havent recieved any reply back untill now, I NEED MY MONEY BACK !!!
At first, I thought this was a scam because of all the negative reviews and I was actually about to give up. The website gave many errors, looked inconsistent, and for some reason, the website said that the card wasn't available in my country once and never again, but somehow I was able to redeem my $100 visa that I bought from coinsbee using ethereum. I think it took me around 20 minutes to actually get my account working, but there haven't been any problems after I got my money. The visa seems to work just fine and I just bought something using it. If the website was more consistent and actually gave me my money right away instead of giving me fake-looking errors, I would rate this a 4. But the fact is the website is terrible and it takes way too long to make an account, there are fake-looking errors and I can't even log into my account without clicking the link coinsbee gave to me. I'll probably never use this site again.Edit:It randomly signs me out of my account but the payment went through.
I replied to few emails, filled the form 2 times, spent few hours preparing the documents they claim they need, provided all info they asked for. And my verification was rejected. To me, it is simply stealing the money... I regret I decided to exchange my annual reward at work to this gift card. I will never make this mistake again. I discourage all of you from using this service, you will lose your money
Company stole the reward I was givenA rewards program at work allows us to redeem for various gift cards including prepaid Visa cards. I redeemed for $25 and got a "token" with this site. It insists that the cards are unavailable in my country, even though I am in the US and was redeeming for a USD Visa card. I'm assuming this is their way of stealing through some legal loopholes. Even if it gets straightened out, it will have been at the cost of significant time and headache.
Appalling company to deal with. Cannot verify 2 payments I had been paid totalling £70. Spent 4 hours on the phone trying to get it resolved with absolutely zero result. I've just given up to be honest and decided to just lose the money. Not worth the stress. Just avoid at all costs. As if I'd be trying to launder a poxy £70, Jesus christ...
Having found myself in a similar situation to all those who have written reviews, the one common theme in the responses from prepaiddigital solutions is that they can't locate your email addresses. So Prepaiddigital solutions what happens to them? Are you not keeping customer information secure within GDPR/data protection? I am reluctant to upload my driving licence as for so many others this does not seem to resolve the situation. I agree people on the phone are not interested as you don't have a token number, and can't access it as you can't verify. £5 mastercard down the drain now due to being unable to access it. You must be on to a real money spinner here prepaiddigital solutions!!!
Got an e-gift card to claim through Digital Prepaid Solution. They asked for verification of identity due to anti-money laundering, I provided the driver license (although knowing it is very risky as God knows where it ends up with). Reply via email confirmed that document has been provided. Called customers services @ +44 (800) 0487475 two times, each time they said it will be escalated within 48-72 hours. Now it's more than 7 days and it is still not resolved. I never experienced anything worse than this. Please beware of this doggy company! To all the merchants thinking of using this company - please DO NOT use this company if you don't want to lose your customer!
