If there was an option to leave no stars I would. I’ve returned four items, only two have been registered by PLT, so in essence they have robbed me of the two they are not refunding me for! Ive sent several (polite) emails to no avail. Needless to say I’ll not be using their site again.
I returned my order (two items) one of the items was wrong (sent a top instead of trousers). I received an email to inform me they are processing my refund of one item!! I contacted the support team which was an automated chat and nothing was resolved. This company is stealing peoples money!! You only have to go into Instagram to see the comments on their posts.

Ordered a number of clothes. Had an issue that required a refund. Haven’t heard from customer services in 4 days. I tried contacting them via email, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. Of course I haven’t yet heard anything about getting my money back either.Update: 2025-08-14 Still haven’t received my refund.
Actually furious at how bad their quality is but decide to put up the prices! A wedding guest dress- not even slightly see through, completely. Can see literally everything. Tried and failed a couple of times but every quality is the same and now I’m just annoyed. Disgraceful
i ordered my package about 8 days ago now and i had to pay 10 dollars for shipping and the time frame was 6-8 days and i have yet to recieve either packages one is set to be delivered august 6th which is past the date kai told me and promised it would be here by august 5th and she lied and then my other package hasnt gotten a new update since the 28th and was also supposed to be here by the 5th which i just dont see happening so i reached out and i dont know exactly who i was talking to bc they left mid conversation but they were SO unhelpful i told them about my order not coming in time and they took that as it was delivered but i couldnt find the package and escelated the situation which was not neccesary the package was never showed as delivered so i dont know if it is like automated responses but not helpful at all and then they left the conversation when the issue was not resolved so overall not very happy with the customer service and the shipping bc i still have yet to recieve anything when i had to pay for shipping
3rd review on this god awful company. Only communication I had when I returned most of the clothes (they were terrible quality) I had an email on 14/7/25 to say I’d have a refund by 2nd Aug; still waiting, they aren’t replying to any emails, phone messages or social media messages. I even had someone trying to scam me, this wouldn’t happen if PLT replied to messages and refunded MY money. Next port of call is contacting my credit card company to see if they can claim it back
