I ordered a next day delivery dress for my friends birthday dinner. As soon as I opened the package the golden decor that was meant to hold the dress together was broken, which meant I literally couldn’t wear the dress at all!! I never order from pretty little thing, I contacted customer service but they are ignoring me no matter how many times I contact them for a refund or redelivery!!! Never again £32 gone to waste for crap quality.
i ordered 4 different orders as i wasn't sure what i wanted to wear, i tried them on and kept one outfit and returned the rest using their QR code on the 21/08. i got proof of postage and updated Klarna. I asked 10 days later for an update as i still hadn't got a refund for any of them and got told it can take 15 days, so i checked in again at 16 days and no reply. There is around £900 worth of order and they still haven't responded or refunded me for my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I have used PLT a few years ago and had no problems, but i would never buy from them again. I wish i had of checked trust pilot earlier. I also paid extra for a premium membership that wasn't worth it. I am just glad i used Klarna as they are backing me and even they aren't getting a response from them.
Wish I had seen these reviews sooner! Ordered a dress for 46 pound and they have taken 92 pound from my bank so an extra payment When I emailed and what’s app’ed them they keep saying I haven’t submitted a refund but trying to explain to them that it’s not a refund I want it’s the extra payment that they have taken off me is pretty much in manageable. Can someone help me on how I can go about resolving this??
Sent my item with a huge stain on it, clearly been worn/tried on by somebody else and they’ve not bothered to check the item before sending it back out again. Then apparently it’s going to cost me £1.99 to return an item they’ve sent with a huge stain on it? Tried to get in contact with customer services and it’s like trying to get blood from a stone, their customer service is shockingly poor and none existent.
I wish I had seen all these reviews beforehand. I tried to submit a return through their portal, but it didn’t work, so I contacted them numerous times across different platforms and via email requesting support. Days later, they finally replied—only to say I had now missed the deadline and they wouldn’t accept my return. It’s clear they do this intentionally to prevent people from returning items. The tone of their response was appalling, and their customer service is so poor and practically non-existent that it’s impossible to escalate the matter.
I have waited two weeks for items that should have been next day delivery. I have tried contacting PLT over FBK, email and WhatsApp, their reply is slow or they totally ignore you. I have been waiting 4 days now for a reply to my last query. PLT are blaming the couriers, I have contacted the courier company and they are just as bad by constantly changing their tracking information from 'items are being processed to sorry for the delay' I have been back and forth between PLT and the couriers. As I paid PLT for a service, they are responsible to fulfil it. I have told PLT that I no longer want the items and have asked for a full refund. Needless to say, I have been ghosted! I will have no alternative but to pursue this dispute through my bank.
terrible company refuse to do refund by ignoring you. Very bad quality clothes and the zips came broken every time. I placed this order nearly 7 days ago but yet the still fail to even respond to my message… I’ve tried WhatsApp, iMessage and emails and been ghosted and conversation has been ended. Sort it out. Look how many bad reviews there are and nobody has fixed the issue.
I ordered £300 worth of items. Only received 4 out of 15 items. Its been 3 weeks and no one has contacted me. It is the worst possible experience i have ever had. I will never use them again. Complete and utter fraud. Items I did receive were awful quality.
