I wouldn’t even give one star, the customer services is appalling I have honestly never known anything like it. My situation is I got billed for two transactions in there Liverpool store on the 7th of march. There must of been a technical fault on there self serve counter and I got billed for two transactions I asked the sales advisor and he said it will just pending and hasn’t gone through, so he took me to the other till to pay for my item. I checked my bank a few days later they actually took the money for the first transaction aswell. So I contacted customer services via WhatsApp no help what so ever. All they said I need APN for both transactions from my bank so got that from the bank sent it to via email with proof of the transactions even the Liverpool store have offered to refund me they know the situation but I live in Wolverhampton? This is still on going no reply off the customer services to say how long it will be and what there going to do! I can’t understand how they would do this to people. I will never purchase in there store again and I know how retail works as I work in retail myself this is just an on going situation with no help.
Horrific quality control. If you’re looking for long lasting clothes pull and bear aren’t the place to be buying from. After half a day of wear in my grey joggies the logo started to peel off and material fraying. The hoodies tassle came away at the stitching on the second wear. Won’t be buying again until quality control improves, good looking clothes sadly not the quality to match. Only reason it’s a 2* and not 1 is the refund system was fairly straight forward and the staff were understanding and equally as shocked. Can’t fault the style and look of the product and customer service but the quality of the items is nothing short of disgraceful.
I ordered 3 coats online for my teenagers and am now trying to return one of them, but they've made it impossible to return. I have been trying for 3 days now to log in and go through the returns process. The system is asking for a login code that was supposedly sent to my email, but after 12 trials, I have not received any code.This is very frustrating, and there is no number to call for assistance.
I bought an item from cardiff shop and the manager said a transaction didn’t go through so i had to pay again and she said the pending transaction will come through at a later date and i will get my money back but this hasn’t happened absolutely appalling
I have been fighting for a refund from an item sent back in August 2024. That’s right it’s been 5 months. This company is incompetent at best, scammers at worst. Refusing to resolve my issue and essentially stealing my money. Stay far far away from this company.
NEVER shop online or use this company.I purchased an order over a month ago. My order status has not been updated and is showing as in transit.I contacted the company about this straight away as I need to make a return. They advised this has been escalated to be resolved to management as the order needs to be marked as delivered to initiate a return. Subsequently I have had to contact them a further 9 times and nothing has been done. You just get fobbed off by customer services and told to wait. They rufuse to raise a complaint and just give you the same answers, “we’re investigating this”. Not sure what there is to investigate. Absolutely horrendous.
Do not buy online if you may need to return! Returned items weeks ago, 1 item wasn’t refunded. Contacted 27th December and was told it would be looked into and refunded. Still no refund contacted again today and still refusing to process refund even though they agree they owe me money says someone else needs to process refund can’t give any timescale. This company is dishonest and steals customers money
