Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Paid for express delivery. Didn’t turn up that day, the next day or the next day. Don’t advertise a service if it's beyond the company's capabilities to provide it. Got £1 postage refund!

Please please please DO NOT order anything from this company!! There is absolutely NO customer service what so ever, they don't respond to emails , it's literally impossible to contact them and they are completely useless!!!

Problems at Pull and Bear??!

Pull and Bear sell, in my opinion, some great clothes!! But, what's up with their app? Recently, and as recent as today, I've tried multiple times to use it but it just won't open. I've uninstalled it, downloaded it twice and the "problem" still remains; I can't open it and therefore can't spend money with them?! It's crazy because I've bought some great items from them, their returns service is spot on and when I've used the app in the past it's been great!! So what's going on? I don't know, because I've tried their "customer helpline"which was just as bad as the app because that didn't work either and I got a warning notice! Something's not right there...

Useless

Worst company for delivery. They take forever to send items out! Always have to chase them up and it goes past the delivery date for items. Useless!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service . Charged return fee for faulty item. First order and chat lines not available so returned and chose faulty option for reason. Refuse to refund delivery costsFirst and last order. Would have reordered trench coat but will go elsewhere now so sale lost!

You will be unable to return. No customer service department, only a robot service that responds with pre canned answers 'look at our website'I ordered 2 items, went through their online return process, was sent 2 return QR codes- both did not work (and yes, I did adjust my phone screen to be bright and no, my phone does not scatter). Unable to contact any customer service- the 2 options are chat or whatsapp. Tried chat at 15:40 london time- said it was unavailable and is only available until 17:00 (it was 15:40).The tried Whatsapp- got message: "we are referring you to an agent. Thanks for your patience". 2 hours later I am still waiting! This pattern is indicative of a process designed not to provide refunds. Given the experience and other bad reviews, I am guessing this company will be bankrupt soon or is already in serious financial trouble.

Poor product quality and even worse…

Poor product quality and even worse customer care!On a visit to the Trafford centre, my teenage daughter bought a dress for a wedding.We had been at the wedding less than an hour and when she stood up after the ceremony all the bum area was pulled, and bobbly. It wasn’t the chairs , no one else had a problem . She was then self conscious for the day.Although the dress was not expensive we did not expect to be able to only wear once.I have since tried to contact the company , we couldn’t return to the store as we live 2 hours away.I have tried emailing to be told it was the wrong department but didn’t give me the details of the right department and I’ve tried WhatsApp to be told they can’t help must go into the store.

Clothes got delayed in post. No help

I ordered clothes last wednesday for my holiday in which i am leaving for this friday. The clothes said they would come on wednesday this week, exactly a week after i ordered them, and then they got delayed in post and won’t arrive in time for my holiday. Not only that their help centre is hard to reach as they can’t resolve this issue. And it’s not letting me cancel my order it keeps just taking me back to the website every time. Completely useless, i wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

terrible service and very VERY rude staff.

I went today to buy some clothes with my cousin. As soon as I walk into the changing room, no one was there to advise us and let us into a changing room. So I walked inside to see if there was someone around the corner and then immediately a woman with black hair and a black skirt on said to me "I didn't say YOU could walk in" I thought that was extremely rude and then she asked me how many pieces I had and I said 5. I go into the only available changing room and there were clothes left in there from the past person. I finish trying everything on and I bought everything I tried on as well. I left and I realised I left my jacket in the changing room. I go back to pull&bear and tell the member of staff that I had left my jacket, she tells me to follow her and she opens the curtain to that changing room but obviously someone was in there at that moment trying on clothes! So she was super upset that the member of staff barged through. I thought that was very unprofessional and she should have asked if it was vacant. So as we wait for the woman to finish she says " by the way you left a bunch of clothes there" and I said "no that was there when I first walked in, I bought everything I tried." And she gave me a dirty look and walked away. By the way this woman had a white T-shirt on and black hair too. And also another woman who was working there said I left clothes there too and I said the same thing I said to the other woman. All three of them never apologised to me as they accused me of leaving a mess. The service was horrific and I will never buy from that particular pull and bear again. Very rude members of staff and I hope they lose their jobs!
