What a rip off!!

What a rip off!!Service is shocking. You pay for internet service and get the worst "uptime" in the market. Then, they enforce the "cancelation policy" whilst they are in breach of the terms and conditions of payment for service /supply.My advise to potential clients is to avoid this service provider at all costs.Service agents are obnoxious and rude when trying to cancel

Moshe is the BEST!!!

The service I received from Moshe this morning was absolutely exceptional. His expertise, swift assistance, and warm, professional manner turned the entire interaction into a standout experience. I’ve been with RSAweb.co.za for years, and time and again, they continue to deliver nothing but the best.

Do not use RSAWEB!!! Rip off.

I received the router by delivery. No ways of getting it to work. Had to either pay more than R700 for someone to come and help or take out a service package for one year at R111.00 per month. Never used it again. Will advise no one to join Rsaweb. Rip off. You pay and does not have internet until this man come, sit for 30 minutes to phone people to eventually be connected. Pathetic. Terrible deal. Go somewhere else where if you order wifi and pay, you get wifi. Thank god I have them off my back. If you cancel before end of contract, the fine is more than if you keep your contract until the end. Doesn't make sense. Unethical business. Avoid.

RSA Web and Openserve bad service

My new fibre line was installed on 4th June 2025, but I only moved into my house and activated my line on the 12th. Everything was working fine till the next morning (13th). I reported the fault immediately, but 6 days later I still don't even know when I can expect my wifi to be restored. I have to phone every day and every day they promise to provide feedback. My fibre line is with Openserve which is just as useless. In the meantime I have to pay for the service from the 4th of June.

We applied,got approved

We applied, got approved. People came to install the router damaged my wall for something that never worked. The people who came to install they only did the installation but connection was never done. We were told that someone else will come for the connection. We waited and waited for that someone. We called, they tried to connect us telephonically telling us what to do over the phones We've done this several times with them with no success. We've sent emails, phoned to get someone here to connect us.They promised to send a technician but no one ever came.No communication what's so ever.Their service is very very poor. Now they asked for us to return their hardware. That will never happen. Who ever came to install must come back to uninstall.

I am extremely unhappy about RSAWEB…

I am extremely unhappy about RSAWEB services, logged a call with reference no: 752526 for the past week and to date the 23rd May 2025 we still do not have access to the Internet. Their service is terrible & Sanlam is in partnership with them through reality program. Pathetic service❗️

Great experience.

I had a technical problem which was resolved after the service desk agent and another technical person worked after hours to help me out. Did not have to wait till the morning, that was great service.

Scammers very unreliable

Scammers very unreliable, don’t trust them with your money nor their services, the company is a money making scheme from the ground up and is very unreasonable and unresponsive, as far as network providers go , they are by far the worst ones

Number one isp service in South Africa what a joke.

So I cancelled my fixed LTE with rsaweb after 6 months. I cancelled on 1 July 2024 Main problem I was constantly resetting the router as it kept say Internet connection lost. Then I asked why I was unable to see the amount of data I was using as I never able to see that on the rsaweb app. Logged tickets and nobody could help.I cancelled in July 2024 sent the router back as per instructions via courier on the 1 August. I was paying by direct debit and paid on time. I never received an invoice for the July 2024 use. In the terms and conditions it states. You will be billed one month and a month in advance. On 23 February 2025 they sent me a STATEMENT saying I owe a month anda month in advance R 440 was due. Then on 1 March at 18:15 the direct debit came off. I was able to reverse this on my bank app. On 25 March another statement again same amount outstanding and again on 1 April 2025 direct debit taken again it was reversed as before. In between I have logged numerous tickets asking to please explain why it took 8 months to send me a statement. No response so I send another ticket saying I want to deal with the head of the accounts department and a proper email address not this automated response. To date I am still waiting the response was your ticket has been forwarded to the relevant department. I have been threatened with legal action for the two non payments. Yet this whole time nobody has attempted to help.I was handed over to the debt collectors in rsaweb. I was told the 440 I owe was the router return and the outstanding month. I was sent all the terms and conditions. After going through the relevant section I noticed there is no mention in the cancellation that you will be charged you last month all it states is you will pay for the router to be returned. I asked for the clarification on the month and a month in advance and to explain why I received a statement in my name that I was in credit of 440.Now I paid off the 195 for the router return and today I got a reply to my questio about the billing a month in advance. The reply was rsaweb send out an invoice on 20th of the month and the payment that is taken is for that month it was taken from. Basically I paid on 1 June 2024 for June. I never received an invoice for July 2024.The invoices don't even say you are to pay for the next month. There is no clear system and the direct debit should have been cancelled when I cancelled. The direct debit has now been cancelled I have an email confirmation but it also states in the terms and conditions that two failed direct debit it is cancelled. I do not trust rsaweb to send me a invoice even after setting the outstanding amount. They are only interested in how much money they can make. Customer service is all automated unless you do a live chat or bother trying to phone.Stay away from rsaweb definitely not worth the mental stress trying to sort out any problems.
