This was the worst experience of my life. They replaced my windshield with a thinner windshield and within one week it was dented again. They talk about a warranty and if anything goes wrong, you can go back but when something does go wrong there’s nobody there to help you do not use Safelite ever they are horrible

I'm only giving them one star because I can't give them -1. I only went to this place because of my insurance. I sat here for FOUR hours waiting for my car. After four hours they tell me that they can't calibrate my eyesite features because they used the wrong windshield. Then blamed a manufacturer defect. Then the receptionist said they are putting in an order for a different windshield. I was upset. I was forced to sign a document that said that they weren't liable for anything happening because they basically removed all of my safety features on my car. I have to wait 11 more days, take another day off work and drive around with no safety features. (I drive a LOT for work. Sometimes more than 100 miles a day which is why I bought this car with all of the safety features. I can't even use cruise control now.)Then when I put the pen down a little too hard the manager said I threw it at the receptionist. I didn't. My hand was still on the pen on the counter because I slammed it a little. I know it shouldn't have but I didn't throw it. Then the receptionist LITERALLY threw my key across the counter. It almost slid off the counter. I am beyond pissed. I highly recommend NOT going to this place. They don't even take responsibility for what they do wrong.

Pathetic

The soonest appointment I could get was one week away. I made the appointment. It was a four hour block 8am-12pm. After waiting one week and four hours, I get stood up. No phone call…nothing. I guess they think that they are the only windshield providers around. At any rate, Safelite sent me a message, loud and clear: ”Safelite does not care enough about you to show up or even call to tell you that we’re not showing up.” Message received. I found a reliable vendor and recommend that everyone reading this does the same.

Avoid at all costs

Tech never showed up when they said they would, you can't get anyone from their call center to pick up, they have a rude attitude, and terrible pricing. Literally worst company ever.

I would give one star if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. I went in for rock chips in my windshield of a 2025 vehicle they charged me for new windshield wiper blades. The vehicle had less than a thousand miles on it. When I talked to their customer service which is called customer care reaching out to the shop itself which they can never get a hold of. I believe this is their scam so everyone please beware and stay away from Safelite Auto Glass this happened in San Antonio Texas at the landmark location also for some strange reason they put the wrong vehicle in and the wrong phone number in so I don't know if this is part of their scam as well beware.

Darik delivered world class customer in my windshield replacement. He called to confirm my appointment & arrived on time. Because I didn't have a covered area to complete the glass change, he offered to drive my vehicle to the shop to complete the replacement.When he return, not only had he replaced the windshield, he replaced my car wash & oil change labels. Cleaned the windshield & dash, and vacuumed the front area He then explained the after installation instructions clearly & confirmed that I had no other questions or concerns.I will recommend Safelito anyone I know that needs a windshield replacement.

The Texas local store

The Texas local store, Vicxxxria, messed up my new car. When I had a windshield replaced, their "untrained" technicians left a large amount of gel blocking my VIN number, didn't align the windshield properly, set my wiper in the wrong place, left a big gap between the cowl and windshield, and incorrectly installed the side panel trim, which made it fly away, though I picked it back up. After rework, the cowl still didn’t fit well, and they said it couldn’t be perfect. The paint on the car roof was slightly damaged, and one of the side panel trims couldn’t fit with the car. They are good at throwing crap at their customers, then cleaning up a little and leaving a piece for you to taste, just to make themselves seem impressive.

I spent 30 minutes on the phone with their representative trying to set up a simple windshield chip repair. I sat in my car for 30 minutes giving then my insurance info, email, and other personal info that I don't think they really need. Long-story short, they put me on hold while they called the insurance company and then conferenced us together. I couldn't understand either the safelite rep or the insurance rep and they couldn't work out how to proceed. After 30 minutes I said to hell with it and hung up. Called a different company the next day, they called my insurance company and called me back and said "we are all set.". Took less than 2 minutes of my time. Safelite must be hiring really low IQ people who don't know what they are doing. Very courteous but that doesn't excuse incompetence.

I was quoted between 0$ and $268…

I was quoted between 0$ and $268 depending on if my insurance paid out or not. Showed up to my appointment and despite having a confirmation number in hand they had no record of my appointment. They "found a slot" for me the following day and when i showed up for that appointment, the girl behind the desk mumbled the total and I'm so glad I asked her to repeat it because they had jacked the price up to $1,000! Dishonest and sneaky company. Do not trust them and do not give them your business.
