I recently purchased this sofa, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The design is sleek and modern, and it fits perfectly in my living room. Assembly was simple and straightforward. I also appreciate the sturdy construction—this feels like it will last for years. I wish I there is a way to give 0.Very unclear communication, don't care about what customer actually asks. They try to give some deals which feels like scams. As after you take the deal it's upto the customer to arrange delivery, and no help from them. Delivery can charge as much they feel like no specific cost.They don't explain the costs involved clearly, If you think you are getting some offer and you take the deal, then you find something different which better than that, then there is no going back even on the same day because they will charge you 50% of the product.Not the last, but their customer support is really horrible, they simply don't care about you. Even in the shop if you ask them any questions they don't even look at you and say "I don't know". If you are non-local, they even talk & smirk looking at you, felt very bad when I visited their shop in The Hague and I'll never go to any of their shop.
After over 2 years of problems with our couch and the company we received our couch with a BIG CUT in it. This is a joke! Sick and tired at this stage. Very quick to sell something - worst ever after sales service. Have photos as proof.
Big variety of sofas and combination of fabrics. Service in the shop was very good. Tarig gave us a lot of info, answered all our questions and explained about the offer they were having that day. He also explained the options for delivery and transport, which are from an external company
We got great support with the staff to select a sofa for our apartment. There is a huge selection of sofas and configurations and materials and colours. I'd like to thank our specific assistant - Lorenzo - he made sure to find us exactly what we need within our price range and make sure we have a great sofa for our apartment.
We bought a sofa over 2 years ago initaly it was delivered way later than promised. Then after a few months of light usage the fabric started to rip apart. We had to return the sofe ourselfs and they said they will fix it in a couple of weeks. We never heard anything from them after few months we went back and they lost our sofa becouse a system issue. They never want to help an already paid customer so you always have to raise your voice and accidently the backoffice can help right away... After long discussion they re-ordered our sofa and promised that they deliver it free. Long behold the sofa is ready they call me that I have to pick it up within two days. I had to go back to the office, I asked why don't keep their promise and they kept telling I have to pay or pick it up myself. After an hour long intense discussion they can deliver it for free. let's see if they will keep their promise.
I made purchase on the 31.10.2024 and was told that the delivery takes between 6-12 weeks. On the contract that was given to me said that it takes between 8-14 week. On the 12th week I called Seats and Sofas to ask about my purchase and when can I expect it. They told me that my delivery will be here during next week for sure. It was not! My couch came the week after. And not only that. When the couch finaly came it was not right. The holes for the nails were not the right size and I had big problems with puting the couch together. Customer service was not so helpful which is not surprising considering the events before. Only good thing is that sofa is made from realy quality material.
