The New structure of reward is a downgrade. It’s made not a lot harder to earn reward.In its new form I would need to buy 600 litres of standard fuel to earn 600 points that would exchange for a £3 voucher off fuel. With current fuel costs that’s approximately £900. That’s a massive 0.3% saving. Not really a reward to me. Until they review this I see little benefit to buying my fuel from shell unless it’s convenient.
Shell in holywell just down road from me, my new local as hilcrest guarge is extortion plus the short blonde very polite and chatty chasier has stole my broken heart ♥ she's really a keeper for the business franchise but please sling in a word for me too (t-shirts almost matching with slogan) hopefully she may be single ;) also nice cheap treats to be had to and cash machine. Shella is an excellent driving instructor who really understands her students. Despite my experience she was able to identify my mistakes and guide me effectively. I appreciate her attention to detail and patience. Highly recommend her for anyone looking to enhance their driving skills.
I’m quite disappointed with my experience at this salon. First and foremost, cleanliness is not taken seriously. Wiping down surfaces with baby wipes simply doesn’t suffice. Additionally, if you’re not a Russian or Ukrainian speaker or an influencer, expect to be treated as a second-class customer.The salon is extremely small, and during my first visit, I stood at the reception for about 5-8 minutes before anyone bothered to acknowledge me. There were two other staff members nearby who didn’t even extend the courtesy of letting me know someone would be with me shortly. This lack of basic salon etiquette was frustrating.As for the services, while the prep work for my manicure was impressive, the manicure itself was a disaster. The gel started peeling after just two days. When I returned to have it fixed, they suggested I come back another day. When I insisted on getting it fixed immediately, they reluctantly obliged. Unfortunately, within a week, the gel was peeling again.I won’t be returning and will go back to my trusted Townhouse salon instead. If you’re looking for rude service and poorly done manicures, this is the place for you.
Revise the Shell Go+ fuel reward without prior notice. Removed all the accumulated number of visits from members’ Go+ account suddenly in order to avoid honouring the 1 guaranteed fuel reward commitment for 10 visits. Don’t present it as “exciting changes”, it’s cheating instead. Will get rid of Shell.
