Used the services in this garage, went to Greggs inside garage, service was very slow, sat in, stayed 56 min and got a parking ticket of £100, what a scam, why have somewhere that you can sit in and eat if you're going to get a ticket, surely you should allow at least an hour, what is the time allowed as didn't see any signs. Avoid this garage as if you're in a queue waiting for fuel you could get a ticket as well.
Worst broadband I've ever had. It's constantly disconnecting from all our devices and is terribly slow and unreliable. I'm literally waiting for the signal to come back so I can post this review and I'm sitting 2 unobstructed metres away from the router.
Review for Shell Petrol Station on Kenton Road, HarrowI have been a regular customer at the Shell station on Kenton Road, Harrow, but my recent experience was disappointing. The customer service was far below the standard I expect from Shell. The staff seemed disorganized and engaged in conversations among themselves in a way that left customers feeling ignored. Additionally, the station appeared unkempt and disorganized, with noticeably high prices for internal items.It felt as though customer care was not a priority; staff seemed indifferent, and the atmosphere was unwelcoming. Overall, the service quality has declined significantly, and I would expect better from such an established brand.
I've been using Shell to get V Power for several years. The rewards initially were pretty decent, getting money off fuel at random times in addition to completing the stamps. Now you get nothing, instead have to fill up a thousand pounds worth to get a measly £5 off.
I really like the ease of being able to talk to a real person, that's definitely a plus but I feel like some staff could be more knowledgable. A pro tip is to immediately ask to speak to a senior adviser when you call and you'll get your issue sorted faster. Dont take no for an answer on this, they have to oblige. Decent compny overall though even if proces are too high.
There is never anyone at the window or the tills at 06.00 - 06.30 you have to leave vehicle go inside shout if anyone is there.what is actually happening is employees in deep video calls overseas when they should be stocking shelves in early hours come 0.600 a.m its all catch up.Left two messages for owner to ring me via manager never happened.£100 per visit x 5 per week now got different card via work.Have witnessed several others just leave the pumps crazy situation.Just look at the cameras monitoring the staff you have them over the till not hard to prove.!
