What's the point of using the shell…

What's the point of using the shell app? I would expect some good offers or discount on fuel, instead my rewards are telling me to buy 7 Costa coffee's! So spend more to get F all?

After half a century I have decided to stop buying from Shell and it is all down to their useless APP.They cannot be contacted by phone and theire live chat is as useless as their APP.Goodbye to Shell

They will not answer my messages

I have used Shell petrol for some time and since the fuel is always highly priced I used the Shell 'Go ' scheme (for what it is worth!) to try and get some "free" fuel. However, I recently visited a station whose 'Go' card scanner was not working. So, I forwarded a copy of the receipt to Shell along with a written explanation and asked for points to be reimbursed, something I know that they can do, but I never had any replies despite sending the same message THREE times over a one month period. That is NOT how you care for customers, no matter how big you are.

I'd give it no stars if I could

I'd give it no stars if I could, I called to pick up a parcel and claim a winning lucky dip on the lottery. The chap tried to get the ticket but said the machine wasn't working, I went to the next shop who said it has been claimed!! I have no proof but I won't be back in there for anything.

SHELL GO CARD IS USELESS , MISSED POINTS NOT ADDED AND THEN THEY WONT ADD THEM . ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS DONT SHELL READ THE REVIEWS , WHY WOULD A BLUE CHIP COMPANY OPERATE THIS CRAP .

Odd customer service

Odd customer service. Normally I've never had any problems with gas stations but recently I went to one on my way to Bangor in Wales and there seemed to be a language barrier between me and the assistant. I understand that my accent is a little thick but after multiple repeats I had to resort back to using my phone notepad app. Little weirded out with this one.

what a terrible company!!

I was sent a fine for not paying for fuel,l wasn't aware that my card hadn't gone through, also wasn't advised by shell staff member at the till. Forecourt eye sent me a letter for the £20 fuel with £35 admin fee added, stating I had tried to steal fuel, I went into the garage to buy a coffee and pay for the fuel, if I was told the payment didn't go through I would of paid with a different card, I had good intentions to pay.I have been trying to dispute the charge and offered so many times to pay for the fuel. Ive also asked for cctv to show that I was informed my payment hadnt gone through, they refused to provide this. instead increased the fee to £120 and passed my details onto trace debt agency.I have asked for a break down to show what this £120 admin fee actually covers and I have continued to offer to pay for the fuel. I have spoken to shell garage who will not allow me to pay for the fuel and say l need to pay forecourt eye. I have also offered to pay the original £35 admin fee as a good will gesture, just to try and get this issue sorted, but forecourt eye say I owe them £120 admin fee now.Has anyone else experienced these issues

Scumbags

Scumbags. No customers service always unavailable. Only on shell I'm able to fill up my tank what's originally 65l with 63-66l of diesel. The yellow warning light is not on.

Usually a very friendly place

Usually a very friendly place, today I had a rude and abrupt person "serving". When I asked if I could have a receipt, he huffed, jabbed the screen, and slammed it down on the counter, even though my hand was outstretched. Disappointed, as have never had this experience here, in what is my usual filing station of choice.
