On 07/09/2025 21:18 @ SHELL BROMLEY, (it came up on my app, that pick up your reward free Mars or Snickers Bar today), I bought £85.01 in diesel and asked the staff about a free chocolate bar, he was a very rude person and he did not give me. He said you should have told me before your fuel purchase. Told him he was a very rude man. He refused.
One of the worst customer service I've ever received. I used pay in pump service and shell held £100 and after finished supposed to release the £100 into my account but after 5 working days still nothing and after chatting with agent in live chat his asking me to wait for another 7working days. And he decided to close the matter. Stay away people. Not worth the hassle
Shell garage Sawbridgeworth London road. What can I say. They need to be ashamed of themselves with racist employees. Shouting out racist remarks when in uniform and on shift. Nothing been done by the manager. Getting in contact with customer service is impossible. Managed to call headquarters and the woman who answered was rude and put down the phone on me. Shell sort it out and sort out your racist employees.
Poor customer service. Trying to refuel as I always do for the last 4 years every Monday morning they stopped the pump when I was half way thru just because I had my BACK door open saying that I can run without paying 🤣. Wtf? I can’t go into the car after I was full to run without paying? Don’t understand the logic. I asked the guy working there he said he doesn’t care I will not refuel. Don’t think I will go to shell again. I bet that was just because I am not British. 😂
Terrible garage in terms of space between cars, eg, if there's a van (in particular) using either left or right pump, you won't get a regular sized car next to it to use the pump on the other side - getting out of your car is nearly impossible if there's just a car next you. Got to wonder who measured the space! Their need to get more rows of pumps has just made it difficult for the customer.
Everytime I go there 5.30am its closed when clearly says 24 hours but opens 6am so I have to use another one staff are great great location but to late for me I work 6am so I go there everyday at 5am or 5.30am but now its closed
