Would be 0 if it was there zip looked…

Would be 0 if it was there zip looked on website and now getting endless calls 8 in 2 days will be reporting for harassment I do not want sky hence the no blocked but still shows me when they have phoned

The new remote is cheap and feels poor. Atleast keep the fundamentals on where the buttons were. Bad move.

I detest Sky Q!!

Well, I’ve had Sky Q for a few month now and I can honestly say it’s absolutely awful compared to the old Sky, horrifically awful!! The remote is terrible and flimsy, the buttons on the new remote just don’t make sense? I want to scroll up the channels but I have to hit the down button? In what universe is that right?? I can’t just back up on the new remote and go to the original page, I have to mess on and hit a further 10000 buttons. I’m ready to cancel sky and go free view, it’s that bad. Very, very unhappy.

We’ve been with sky for more than 20…

We’ve been with sky for more than 20 years plus I really liked sky +hd but I thought it’s time to upgrade I decided upgrade to sky Q.We have had this for nearly 6 months and what a disappointment you can’t select a reminder on a programme and there is no permanent setting for favourite channels the remote is fiddly the only good thing about this box is that you can record more than one programme that’s about it.I should have stuck to my old box the sky Q box is such a disappointment.

Sky is Pretty Good. Sky Q awkward and difficult

Revised my Sky package with a very pleasant Sky person. I got upgraded to Sky q. The friendly engineer did a good jobWe are now learning the controls. The hand remote is not as easy to use as the previous control which is a shame so will take while to get comfortable.But, this is much more difficult to use than the previous system. SKY!! You should do better than this!!

Last week we were supposed have a new sky q dish installed. The chap arrived saying we would have to have it on the front of our house which is an Edwardian building. I immediately said no, and my husband told him he would not a signal because of surrounding trees, so he went round the back drilled holes on our kitchen extension but got no signal after my husband told him he wouldn’t get one. He next drilled into the pebble dash at the back of the house confident he would get a signal, bearing in mind the original sky dish is on the chimney, but apparently now the engineers are not allowed above roof height. When he again drilled holes into the pebble dash he was kitted out like he was going absailing , even though was only going to roof level he still could not get a signal. Yesterday we paid for a local aerial rigger to position the dish on the apex, which is where my husband first suggested as he used to be a tv engineer before he retired and occasionally erected aerials it cost over £ 300.00. NOT IMPRESSED.

The sky q main box is fine now that I…

The sky q main box is fine now that I have upgraded our virgin broadband hub and relocated it .The problem I have is the multi room mini box what a complete waste of time and money .I have had 3 engineers out and they say it will be fine now . It constantly needs resetting or won't connect to main box or broadband. I've lost all patience and asked for multi room to be cancelled. I never had any issues with sky hd multi room .Avoid at all costs however good your broadband is .

I have to agree with other comments

I have to agree with other comments. If the system was stable it would be great as excellent HD picture and ability to watch or record multiple channels simultaneously. I got it installed in mid June and since then plagued by inability of mini hubs in other rooms to connect to main Sky Q box and loss of service due to main box dropping the internet connection. System does not retain internet password so each time it takes almost 15 minutes to laboriously type in password scrolling up and down screen for Capitals, lower case and numbers. Missed so many programmes by system failure. Installed 12th June, only got engineer to come back on 20th August when I said I wished to cancel. He appeared to resolve the problems and it worked for three days and tonight back with same problems, mini hub not connecting to main Q box, and dropping connection to internet hub. Avoid this system at all costs not yet ready for release to the public.

Not worth the bother

Love that I can record several channels at same time, but nothing else is worth the money .would not recommend

I would give it zero stars if I could

I would give it zero stars if I could, compare to previous sky this remote OMG it's so difficult to use and I'm good with tech! I have to use the voice command because I can never find what I want, absolutely pathetic design so annoying
