AVIOD,waste of money,repeats after…

AVIOD,waste of money,repeats after repeats,thay change prices whenever thay feel like it,help themselves to your bank account if and when thay want,the broadband connection drops most of the time,your find you will be phoning sky to resolve a problem more times than you will be using your sky services,thay rent the sky q box to you and your sky router,you pay for a nice new sky q box each month to watch your sky TV that you can record on,but also get them on demand and watch them live so you defiantly wouldn't miss a program,you can record 4 programs at once but only watch one at a time like when you watch it on sky demand lol,sky in a way can spy on you with the sky q box as thay know what you are watching the time and date,thay even know if you have had to turn your box on and off again to reboot the crap q box,thay also monitor your traffic incoming and outgoing going on your router ,my advise is don't waste your time or money on such a company , if you think about it if sky was a really good service why does the company keep being sold all the time?AVIOD,believe in better yes believe into avoiding sky

Its pretty good having Sky q and unlike…

Its pretty good having Sky q and unlike Virgin cable you can get it in most places. Though its pretty expensive for the HD package around £50 a month but if watch a lot of TV its worth having. though more than £60 a month is my cut off point.

Sky customer service and products are USELESS

Sky are simply an incompetent and useless organisation. Their WiFi keeps dropping and the 2nd Q Box keeps going offline. I have had too many problems to mention. I have an engineer coming to visit and I want to cancel - I'd rather not go through the phone because it takes 20 minutes to get through all their menus until you talk to someone. They say "you can do everything online" but their stupid useless website is always down. So I downloaded their app onto my new Android phone and that keeps crashing as well. Stupid incompetent morons. Unfortunately Virgin and BT are no better I'm told. But Sky are DEFINITELY not a customer or quality oriented organisation.

Absolute disgusting service

Absolute disgusting service . I’ve been a customer for 15 plus years got the lot tv telephone and broadband and never had a complaint until now . The customer service is appalling . They care nothing for their own policies they have in place and nothing for their existing customers. Will be leaving them very shortly and perusing my complaint further. They allowed my phone bill to reach £257 even though they have an automatic cut off at £100 and all they can say is sorry not our fault. If you have a cut off at £100 then cut the phone line off at £100 not £257! It’s simple isn’t it?

Came of sky due to rubbish broadband was told cancellation fee was 129 now there saying 290 bit of a difference wouldn’t you say customer service is no go you get different things said to u by all different operators it’s like wat they tell u is out of a book apparently they received equipment back then they didn’t and tried to charge me and now they have received like omg seriously how do you expect to get returning customers in future when you treat the current ones so poorly the company needs to have a serious rethink. On a plus note q box was ok but apart from that I wouldn’t recommend as you will get arratic bills no customer service and a rubbish internet box that loses signal wen u walk into kitchen. I’d love someone from there company to actully give a dam and call me but I doubt very much that will happen. Shall consult my solicitor and get my bill down that way as I have all correspondence messages and emails from them

Worst service in the world

Worst service in the world. Broadband was not working for 24 hours. Only to be told by the so called customer services. Sky does not compensate for inconvenience. And let's face it the most expensive t.v. and the worst.

Daylight robbery

Had my sky activated on 27.4.2018, my first bill landed 3 weeks later at a whopping £292.11 after weeks of poor customer service and constantly being fobbed off i was informed i had to clear the balance before they would cancel my service. Their fees are outragious and since this sky Q had been i introduced you get charged twice for everything in your package, not just the whole bill. Absolutly appauling

Not even worth 1 star! Website gives I instructions to cancel yet customer services state this can only be done over the phone, yet my fault for following their website instructions!!!! Happy to take my money then say I can't have it back
