Review Time
Just an update for customers: I was cut off from my phone line yesterday! As a registered disabled person, my phone is my only means of communication. The company pressured me to pay an outstanding bill (which I'm disputing) before I could lodge a complaint about their terrible service! A representative is supposed to call me today regarding my complaint, which I will escalate to the authorities for investigation. After many years as a customer, I’m considering canceling my contracts due to the loss of trust in this organization.
I received a package from sky to return a puck I had I returned it received an email thanking me, since then I have had 2 emails telling me that unless I returned the puck I would be charged. I emailed them explaining I had returned it and that they had sent me a email thanking me. SKY’S customer service is rubbish once my contract has run out I WILL NOT BE RENEWING.
I really hope new customers read these reviews. Sky have went from one of the best companies that took pride in their customer service to by far the worst. I was with them for 15 years but the last year they've destroyed their customer service by getting rid of a lot of their call centres, x com support, live chat and online help. If you got an issue like I did with my broadband then you're most likely in for a tough time. Only way to contact is by call and half the time there's a voice message saying they're too busy to take the call and hangs up. When you finally do get connected usually you'll get someone who doesn't care about your issue. For example my broadband wouldn't work and Sky was hopeless at sending an engineer around. In fact they said they'd rather I leave without any penalty! That's how lazy and how much they care about your loyalty. Far too many customers to care who they lose! I know people who have been with them longer and have now left and today I've finally done the same. You can't be with a company that has no customer service.
The fact that sky find the need to justify killing a man in front of his wife and children is abhorrent and disgusting to me. Writing clear slander against a man who’s been murdered trying to minimise the travesty is nothing short of Germany in the 40s. I have deleted all sky products and I’ll be deactivating my sky subscription. You disgust me and I hope karma finds you people responsible for this sickening treatment. Iv never been so ashamed
Have been a customer since the early nineties but am determined to cancel once I am out of contract. Was misled by one of their advisors in January 2025 about the price of a new deal which annoyed me greatly one I realised. Since then have had two cold calls from sky customer services which sounds like it’s set up in India. During each call as soon as I mentioned I was not happy with the price and I felt I I had not been given clear information or asked when my contract expired, I was instantly cut off . I don’t think that’s a coincidence, it’s just that they aren’t interested in speaking to you unless they think they can sell you something extra. Sky seriously need to review where they have outsourced their customer services to as they will be losing more customers than they gain. I am a so called diamond customer but all their customer handling leaves me with is a bitter after taste p.
I've been a customer for 40 years I've recently retired a simply cannot afford the hike from 70 pounds to 113 pounds per month for their expecting from the so I contacted them asking to go into the streaming service which their advertising for 23 pounds per month only to be told that's for new customers only. So much for loyalty, better for being threat like a cash car by these bastards so I've closed my account
