Birmingham branch. Useless. The management team are are not concerned with customer service. They do not give a monkeys about customers. As long as they get the money and a deal. That is it. Apparently a 'new' staff member was dealing with this sale and she was not trained to deal with sales. A large dealership that does not train people. She kept having to go the the useless management and it took over 2 hours to get a deal done. She has been told to lie about selling extras saying that they are a FCA registered and have to tell us about the add ons. What has FCA registered got to do with selling add ons that I am not interested in. Just a load of baloney. Refused to fix a broken vent on the car. First said as I live within 15 miles the delivery will be free. Then want to charge. Now I am going to collect. Sales assistant using the excuse that she did not know.

Like too many others when purchasing…

Like too many others when purchasing you get first class service but as soon as they've received your money they then don't seem to care to provide even a minimum of service. Bought a second hand Yaris hybrid from st Alban's branch, the car when collected had not been valeted inside & had a cursory wash of the exterior. When a complaint was made their response was that you've bought it now live with it.

Outstanding customer service.

Outstanding customer service and would highly recommend. Staff were able to source the used Toyota to the spec I requested with a seamless transaction. Fantastic aftercare and will be using Hereford Toyota for all servicing.

Due to a miscommunication with Toyota…

Due to a miscommunication with Toyota and the Winter check up. Toyota agreed to pick up our Yaris from home, do the Winter check up etc, and then return the Yaris back to us.Toyota not only cleaned the outside or the car but also valeted inside as well. Great job thank you.However special mention to Ian, the guy who picked up our car and then delivered it back to us after the check up. A very friendly and courteous man...a great ambassador for Toyota....so 5 stars for him as well!

Another caase of very poor customer service Steven Eagell Birmngham

I bought a Yaris Cross from this branch 12 months ago. I have to agree with a previous comment that they cannot do enough for you whilst the sale is going through, but afterwards they are not interested at all.This a quote from their website:"From day one, our foremost objective has been to offer complete customer satisfaction to all our customers."Just wish they would try to achieve this objective.I recently bought my car in for a quote to repair a dent on a door. The service manager Drew was great, he explained everything which would happen, took photos and said someone would be in contact with me with a quote. Later in the day, some rang asking if I wanted to pay privately or go through my car insurance. All good so far I thought.Five days later, I hadn't heard anything, so called by for an update. Had to wait sometime before someone came out to see me. The person indicated that Drew had left the business and they had changed the way they deal with repairs. A management company would contact me and I would have to send them photos which they would provide a quote and a list of repairers who would do the job for me to choose.This was odd, and asked why no one had been in contact but the person could not give an answer. I reluctantly agreed to proceed this way and the person said they would et the management company to contact me. Guess what - haven't heard a thing from them.However, surprisingly I have now received an email from Toyota Repairs with a quote for repairing the door. When I spoke with them, they did not know anything about a new new repair system which the Steven Eagell people had told me was being introduced.Just frustrated with Toyota. Love the car but not the people who are supposed to give us complete customer service.I've bought two new cars from this branch. Will definitely look elsewhere when I want to change in a few months time

Experience at Toyota Service Desk Watford…

I went this morning for a check regarding the message I was getting on my Toyota Yaris that keys could not be located when you start the engine. There was only one assistant helping customers in the showroom. All the other staff were in upstairs offices. I waited for 15minutes asked several times to see somebody. I was told somebody will be with me soon. I waited for sometime more at least another 10 minutes but could not see somebody. By chance I saw this technician who was passing by and asked him if I could see somebody. He then went and got somebody from the service section and I explained to him the problem. He said it was to do with the batteries in the key fob. He said it would cost £15 for both the key fobs and went in to change the batteries. He came back after 15 to 20 minutes and asked me to pay £15.00 I said to him that why I need to pay when I have a service plan and the car was serviced not long time ago. He said he did not want to argue with me and threw the keys to me and went away. In my opinion this is not the way you treat your customers. Poor service experience and lack of courtesyL Jaffer
