Sat there the whole day to fix an issue with a 4-year old Toyota Yaris that was under warranty. Left at 7 pm without the problem being solved. Staff provided minimal updates throughout the day, almost to the point of being rude. They have serious capacity issues and are expensive, avoid if possible.
Poor customer service-Worcester Branch. Paid a £100 holding deposit on a car. Didn't want the car after test drive. Told by salesman £100 would be refunded in 3 days. No money after 3 days. Contacted and told no, its 10 days. 10 days pass no money, contacted, spoke with 4 people all blaming accounts dept. Contacted after total of 14 days from initial, told another 48 hours. NO ONE RETURNED A CALL at any time. Extremely poor customer service from Worcester branch. Thank goodness I didn't purchase a car, who knows how it would have been dealt with. I know 'its only £100' but its MY £100. They were quick to take it, but don't seem to want to give it back. It had better be in my account in 48 hours!!!
We were very happy with the service Akif at Letchworth gave us when recently purchasing a second hand Toyota Yaris from them. He was very helpful, found us a good deal and just what we wanted. He was informative and with one small paint work issue he organised it to be sorted with no quibble.The paint repair was an excellent job done by Earl.Would highly recommend this garage, Akif and Earl.
My contact started when I replied to an advert on Carwow following a search for a new car, when I spoke with the dealership I was informed that the car wasn't available, when I queried this I was told the car was available but the price has been advertised incorrectly.I then searched for secondhand cars on the dealership website and a suitable car, I put the details of our part exchange into the website and it returned an acceptable value. I phoed the dealership and spoke to a sales representative about the car for sale and specifically asked about taking our car in part exchange, I was told the part exchange wasn't a problem, I just needed to bring the car in for a "professional valuation".We took the car to the dealership, after waiting in the dealership for over an hour we were told our car wasn't acceptable as a part exchange, despite it being only two years old and 6,000 miles. We decided to go ahead with the purchase and sell our car privately, we were offered a set of mats as a very small token to offset the inconvinence and mis-information provided. When we collected the car we were told the car mats offered had not arrived but they would be posted to uswithin a week.After three weeks of chasing we received an email after chasing delivery of the mats to be told it was to expensive to post the mats and we would need to collect them from the dealership, an hour and a half round trip.I eventually spoke with the Sales Manager to express my dissatisfaction, which resulted in the sales representative delivering the mats personally the same day.Having previously owned Lexus and Toyota vehicles this experince is not what we expected from a franchise dealership, disappointing from start to finish.
We have recently purchased a used car from Toyota Wolverhampton. After a very bad experience elsewhere, we had to get this purchase right. We were initially greeted by Abdul Rehman. From that moment, the process of discussing our needs, discussing options, looking at vehicles, test driving, discussing finance options to finally purchasing a vehicle, was dealt with by Abdul in a professional, friendly, informative and respectful way. I have a 3 year old Toyota Proace Van and it has developed rust over the entire van. I took my van back to Steven Eagell who have serviced my van from new to be told the rust is from external factors and not covered on warranty. This is disgusting for any 3 year old vehicle and I only use it to drive to office and home. Steven Eagell’s excuse was heat spots whatever that is? Be warned do not buy a Toyota if you want a good warranty and don’t use Steven Eagell who have no loyalty to customers.
