When you get emails saying your car is due for Mot and service and I have not had this car for at least 4 years, I think they need to get there fax right before sending out this email or check who owns the car

I recently purchased my new car from Toyota Letchworth. Smooth process from start to finish. Communication from the team was outstanding and I was always kept up to date. I initially spoke to Mark and he was very helpful in choosing a car to suit me and my family. He was professional, always welcomed me with a smile and showed brilliant customer service. Following my interactions with Mark, I was helped by Ali. Again, professional and a totally smooth handover from start to finish. Ali contacted me regularly and provided updates on the status of my vehicle and was always on hand if I had any queries. I went today to pick up my car and it was very organised, no waiting around. I feel the customer service received was second to none by not only Ali and Mark, but from the whole team at Toyota. All staff members are professional, very well dressed and welcoming. I would use this branch and any member from the team as I have full trust in Toyota Letchworth. Thank you for making a potentially stressful time so stress free and I am so happy with my new car! :) if I could give 10 stars, I certainly would!

A really poor experience

A really poor experience. Careful if buying a car from these people…..found a car I liked, put down deposit online. They called me next day to say car already sold. I said no worries, please can I have deposit back. Three days later no deposit back in account, and I had found another car that I wanted to put deposit on. Called, said they would chase finance team and call me back. No calls, called them again, same line of chase finance still no money - week later still waiting, no one calls you back. Told money can take up to 10 working days to be returned which is obviously a way to hold on to your money longer than they need to to help their bank balance. Awful experience, avoid!!!!!!

Don't expect a good car

Bought a second hand Skoda Octavia from Steven Eagell Lexus Milton Keynes. It took most of 2 months to get the car ready for sale. The previous years mot had an advisory regarding worn brake discs which they never replaced. All they did was change the engine oil.The car had a seized hand brake on collection. Don't see how they did the mot with faults. The clutch is now faulty so have to claim on the RAC warranty.The motor industry now seems to have some regulation but ticking boxes does nothing.Having read the reviews Steven Eagell's only concern is their margin. Don't expect any problems to be resolved.

Will not recommend for used car

Will not recommend this place for purchasing used vehicle.Car (2018 CHR) purchased from here, driven less and 5K miles failed MOT in under 7 months.- Faced multiple issues with the car post purchase including brake not functioning properly, both car key battery died all under 6 monthsConveniently the sales team is not available to answer the questions when called. This is after staying on hold for > 40 mins and sharing the complaints multiple times.Also note, the sales team mentioned that the car was thoroughly serviced before handing over to me. So not sure if the service provided by this branch is trustworthy too.It is unfortunate that a trustworthy brand like Toyota is partnering with these organizations.Again, purchase used cars from here at your own risk.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, my car is under warranty but they charged me £95 to tell me what was wrong with it. Our insurers told us they would get the work done elsewhere because SE wanted to charge £6500 to replace a wire loom (so they said). SE service dept then rang me to say they had a go ahead to do the work. Insurers said that is not the case. So I rang SE back saying dont order parts coz insurers are sending someone to collect car. When the repairers arrived at SE they where turned away, because service dept said they where doing the work (wrong again). I had to go and collect the car so that insurers could collect it from us. Even this was a chore, we waited nearly an hour because the car was blocked in.Only plus was a lovely more mature lady on reception who kept trying to help despite her useless colleagues.I intend to replace my CHR soon but I'll be travelling back to the dealers that i bought my present car from, not this shambles 😡

Absolutely harassed by Steven Eagell…

Absolutely harassed by Steven Eagell who clearly just want me to buy another car as my current agreement comes to an end. Phoning me multiple times a day, emails and letters *for the past 9 months!!*. Opt out doesn't work, I've tried and they continue to harass me daily. I will NEVER EVER buy another car from this franchise because of this. Appalling.
