I have purchased 3 aygo from the Cambridge Toyota dealer they are great but unfortunately this time I purchased my new car from Letchworth- never again. No communication, was not offered a test drive, had to buy a new phone so it would link to audio system and now have got back and neck pain everyday from the seat of car - I tried to return my new car unfortunately they have offered such a low price to exchange I really do not know what to do.So disappointed and stressed about the whole experience with Letchworth.
Fantastic customer service from Ralph in the sales team. Nothing was too much trouble. He explained everything during purchase, spent time when we collected our car to make sure we understood how everything worked, and followed up with a phone call the next day to check if we had any questions. The best car experience we’ve encountered.
My sister in law went to purchase a £17k Yaris today in the Rayleigh dealership. She loved the car and everything was going fine until after sitting down to do the paperwork she was informed that there was only 1 key. She assumed that another key would be provided by the dealership but was told that if she wanted another key she would have to pay an extra £200!Would maybe expect this on a £2k car but not £17kThey were not prepared to suffer the £200 and let my sister in law walk out of the showroom.I could not believe it when she got back in my car.All I can say is the Steven Eagell company can’t be bothered or must be making so much money to let a sale go for the sake of £200
Needed a locking wheel nut key. Calling them was a waste of time, parts number always said 'we're very busy', tried choosing the sales number instead and they disconnected the call before answering, so I drove down only to find out parts were closed (although their website and the phone message didn't say that). Tried again today and exactly the same - message saying parts have a high volume of calls and when I got down there ... Parts wasn't open again. FIX YOUR PHONE MESSAGE TO SAY YOU'RE CLOSED!Further to your reply requesting that I email feedback address. I have done this but can you tell me, is there some reason you would ask me to do this rather than passing on the details to your internal team yourself?
I’ve just purchased a Toyota Corolla from Steven Eagell Stourbridge the salesman Vitalis was great, the car I was looking to buy was so tightly packed in and had a totally flat battery so we test drove a similar car. He made the test drive really relaxed and gave us lots of information about the car and owning a Toyota. We went through the figures and settled on a price. A mark on the dash was to be rectified and 3 white crusty stains on driver seat to be cleaned . They were having the side of the car touched up because someone had keyed along it while on the garage site. We were called by Katie setting a date for pick up 2 weeks after we left a deposit she was very helpful with a list of items to remember to do before picked up. Our only problem on pick up was the dash hadn’t been done and they’d still got to clean the car. We were told they’d arrange to send someone out to our home to carry out the rectification to the scratch on the dash (we have had other cars in this £20,000 - £30,000 bracket and their teams have done wonders on marks inside making the car look like new). Now I’ve had the car 3 weeks and I still haven’t heard from Katie about my repair! We went outside and Katie was great setting all the tech up to work with my phone, we had to sit on plastic cover because the seats were still damp, after being cleaned but we drove off very happy. The next day the drivers seat still had the white crusty marks! Now I’m no expert but a £8 bottle of stain remover and a cloth seems to have done the trick and I’m happy to sit on that seat.I only hope someone from Stourbridge gets in touch very soon about my repair
Terrible service.. it took over 3 months only just got our car back to take to another garage to have it repaired.. very poor customer communication and indeed lack of care, my anxiety and health suffered using these people
I went into Steven & Eagle (Gatwick) to get a quote on a new car and made it clear to them on how I wanted to pay for this. They said I could not get a quote unless I put a deposit down today?!?!?The sales guys were trying to sell PCP finance to me, I said I was not interested multiple times. It was very clear to me that the management were pushing the sales guys into selling this, the sales guys were lovely, but were unfortunately being pushed around in my opinion. I ended up buying the car from a different store and they lost the whole sale as a result. Is it really worth losing a sale because you can't accept that I'm not getting a loan with you? WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS STORE!!!
