Great product but poor delivery experience

The product itself is excellent and ordering online is very convenient, but the delivery service is quite disappointing. The tracking number rarely works, there's no customer service phone line, and issues aren't resolved quickly. Delivery takes a long time, and they often miss the scheduled time slot or simply don’t show up. This happened in my location. Although the support team has responded to my inquiries, the package is still missing. I'm glad to see active responses here.

Overall positive experience. The product is of great quality. The only issue was that the package for the blender arrived opened, but it was due to transport and didn't damage the product. It's something to keep in mind. Everything else is good.

It worked out in the end

It wasn't a great experience with customer service, as they were quite unhelpful, and my product arrived several days late. However, my location is in a gated community, which makes it notoriously hard to find. The product is excellent 👍 but I will hesitate to buy online again due to delivery issues.

Just moved in

I just moved into a new apartment and was looking for home tech like a refrigerator, TV, washing machines, etc. They have decent options with quick delivery. I particularly liked the discounted section, where I found good brand items at lower prices.

Not worth it. Avoid.

Update*** I’d like to update my review of this company as I think it’s only fair to honor good service and a positive review is as important as a negative one. The company supported my return and organized a shipping service to come pick it up from home. While communication could be improved, it was a positive experience in the end and things went smoothly. Thank you. Sadly I agree with the reviews regarding the horrible customer service this company provides. The dimensions of the item were not listed anywhere online and the only picture provided is very deceiving. The item arrived much smaller than expected. The item is packed up and ready to be returned but communication is impossible. I’m assuming I’ll get a reply from here faster than I’ll get one for the return. Thinking of just selling the item secondhand and losing a few euros. Save yourself the trouble and avoid.
