I bought a Cecotec Magno 8000 bike, and right from the start it made a lot of noise during use. I opened a support case on April 9th. Since then, I've only received generic responses — no real help, no actual solution.Yesterday, I finally discovered the real issue: a critical metal part is cracked at the joint between the pivot and the foothold. This isn't a small cosmetic problem — it's a structural failure. You can even move the part by hand.Since April 9th, no technician has contacted me directly. Just empty automated messages and redirects to their customer portal — where you can't even manage your case once it’s open. You just end up stuck.This is both a quality control failure and a customer service failure. Extremely disappointing experience.
Here we are again, because it seems like there is no other way to get their attention. A full two weeks after my first complaint about a horribly noisy (again, newly bought) elliptical machine, nobody has contacted me for a fix. I tried their complaint form, tried their whatsapp, got hit twice with the 'someone will contact you to arrange an appointment with a technician' and have been waiting ever since, meanwhile there's a useless elliptical taking up space in my apartment. I don't know what's worse about this company, the nonexistent customer service after purchase, or the ridiculous poduct itself.
I bought a coffee machine and after 2 months it doesn’t make coffee any more because the water leaks inside okk it can happen.But i send it for repair and they did nothing they just changed the package and said its ready they have left milk in the milk tank and now its all green 🦠 and smells like sh** and they didn’t fix the water now i will send it again for repair if they fix it i maybe live an other better review Cecotec case number: 03784495
This company has the worst customer support I have ever encountered. I bought a product seven months ago, and the light broke. They claimed it was out of warranty because it's a 'consumable.' In the support thread, they kept repeating the same response and told me I had to pay if I wanted a replacement. Extremely disappointing service!Now they just laid to respond me, i´m waitng from more than 8 days.My case is 03734777.
Avoid buying anything. I purchased three different products—cheaper than other options but with much better features—and all of them failed. The after-sales service was terrible, with warranty issues and constant failures. Stay away from Cecotec products.
We order on 28.12.24 a washing machine. Delivery was between 01.01.25 till 03.01.25. Today we have 28.01.25 and still haven’t received nothing. To find someone on the phone it’s impossible and on WhatsApp robot you wait for hours. Terrible service and if you have someone on the line you hear always the same story „we make a notice for the delivery company “ 🤯🤯🤯 we stay 4 weeks without washing machine and cancel the order it’s not possible. Never ever again. For this you pay money and you don’t have clothes to go to work. 😡 shame on you cecotec.
Poor products with very poor performances.One eletrical heater broken after using twice and still waiting to be replaced. Ridicoluos customer center support. Rebranded chinese low quality products with no customer care. NOT TO BUY.
products are nice but the service is terrible! waited for a simple fridge for 2 weeks and the online tracking is always changing! after calling them multiple times and hearing YES ITS GONNA BE DELIVERED TODAY nothing happened again. Next day they say WE DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED YESTERDAY BUT TODAY IT WILL NOT BE AT YOUR PLACE. Then we ordered mattrasses and from 2 of them they just send 1 wrong size ON PURPOSE. After getting in contact with them they say: WE DONT HAVE THE WRIGHT SIZE ANYMORE THATS WHY WE SEND THE OTHER ONE. So I needed to send it back again. just baaaaaah
