PLEASE NOTE INITIAL REVIEW ON TOP, UPDATED REVIEW BELOW!We have purchased a number of this brands items. Coffee machine didnt last one year. Spoke to Lidl where the machine was purchased who told me to contact cecotec direct-never heard back from them so a 6 month old machine was thrown out. The door on our new washing machine had a peice come off it within the first month. Ultimately the door was dropping when opened so we did manage to speak to cecotec and a engineer came out. He told us we had abused out machine-we are both nearly 60 and have used washings machines for a long time but we have never abused any item we have worked hard to purchase There is just the two of us,, we look after things! Just how would two near pensioners abuse a washing machine?? Despite the machine being still under warranty the engineer told us they may not cover the repair and he would need to speak to his team. Over one month has gone and still no word despite us reaching out to him. Seems like a cop out sadly. I just wish I read the reviews on here before investing in whote goods with this company. You know a company has the option of gaining fans or the opposite,, in this case it the latter and I will make sure my opinion is told to everyone who will listen and on every social media platform where I get the opportunity. I expect a message from customer care in response to my review where I will be invited to contact them for their immediate action but we all know this is utter tosh so with great respect do not dont bother. UPDATED REVIEWI did contact customer service, and I was so pleased to hear that they were going to replace my broken washing machine! This replacement has taken place. Thank you CECOTEC
Disastrous. I bought everything through their official website, for greater convenience. Refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, pans, mixer, iron, etc... They sent it to me in 6 different shipments, having to request three free days to receive the merchandise. The washing machine hit. Some packages through SEUR, being at home all day just to receive the merchandise, the delivery man indicated on 3 different occasions that he was not at home. Now I am processing returns for everything. And another ordeal, in one day 3 different carriers called me at different times. When they brought me the new washing machine, they didn't want to take the damaged one, because someone else would come another day to pick it up. I'm still waiting. In the age of digital and intelligence, they demonstrate that there is very little of that. I don't give fewer stars because it doesn't stop.Nefasto. Compré todo por su web oficial, para una mayor comodidad. Nevera lavadora, microondas, sartenes, batidora, plancha, etc... Me lo enviaron en 6 envíos diferentes teniendo que pedir tres días libres para recibir la mercancía. La lavadora golpeada. Algunos paquetes mediante SEUR, estando todo el día en casa justo para recibir la mercancía, el repartidor por 3 veces distintas indicó que no estaba en casa. Ahora estoy tramitando las devoluciones de todo. Y otro calvario, en un día me han llamado 3 transportistas distintos a distintas horas. Cuando me trajeron la lavadora nueva, no se quisieron llevar la golpeada, que vendría otra persona otro día a buscarla. Aún sigo esperando. En la era de lo digital e inteligencia, ellos demuestran, que de eso bien poco. No pongo menos estrellas por que no deja.
Impossible to contact to return item. Microwave did not fit space allowed in kitchen. I have tried to call and email their support. No reply. Only 14 days to return item but no way to contact them. When you hit support or advise the links do not work. My order 135873547132795. Need to return for a full refund. This is why amazon is taking the business. 17 April 2024- once they saw this review CECOTEC was quick to assign a person to our request for return. An email indicated they would soon send return instructions.

I bought a Bamba Ceramiccare for my wife's birthday in April and it has been the worse online shopping experience so far.First, this company advertise a product as "In stock", then tell you, after payment of course, that it is actually not in stock. Either you cancel your order and pray for a refund, or you wait for an undefined period of time. One can already wonder how legal that shady practice is.Then, when you finally receive the product and you realise that some pieces do not fit well together and that the quality of the product was clearly not as advertised, it is just impossible to return the product. They absolutely refused that we returned the unused product within the 14 legal days (even when they are actually legally obliged to do so by European law). They state that it is written on their website, as if that could exempt them from following the law. Again, shady..Since April, we are desperately trying to return this item and be refunded but without success. They take forever to reply by e-mail, then say that a delivery company will contact you, but of course no one ever contact you. Anyway, they ruined a birthday gift for us and I wish I went on Trust Pilot before ordering from this unprofessional company. Be careful, don't waste your time and money.-------------------------------------EDIT: Answer to CECOTEC reply: You've just sent a clear message to everyone who reads this review to NEVER buy any of your so-called "personal hygiene" product from your company since they know they will never be compensated in case of any problem, not even when its the law.It's a hair dryer, not a tampon.. And it has NEVER been used or tried since some pieces did not fit well together. A hair dryer is not in the list of non-refundable items specified in the European law. We should have bought our product on Amazon. At least they respect the law. Maybe it's time to use my legal insurance to get compensated for the article and the time wasted with this procedure.
Order 136247411223684 passed more than a week ago, money was withdrawn. But no updates on its preparations or dispatching since then. Sent a message to the costumer service , just an automatic reply telling me they will look up my case, no further information since then. Seems like a scamming website
I’m trying to get a replacement roller for my conga 8299; it’s not available anywhere !! No Amazon, no Cecotec, nowhere !I’m feeling that this was a bad choice ….EDIT: it’s now 29 July and no replacement parts available. Another problem: the robot doesn’t clean back carpets as it seems to interpret it as a hole so it doesn’t go in.Really disappointed with all this, I really just wanted a refund and my money back !
I can't begin to describe how bad this company is. Not only have they refused to repair my goods under guarantee, but their transporters and technicians damaged the equipment leaving it inoperable, then they have the cheek to demand that I pay to repair their damage. It is now over 7 months that they have had my equipment.I hope this review saves someone from becoming another Cecotec customer (victim)
I've accidentaly ordered wrong device 10 days ago and cancelled order in 5 minutes after placing. I was hoping to order a correct one after money refund. On the web-site I can see that order is cancelled and money should get back in up to 5-7 days , but there's no money send back to me, and both email and phone number from website are invalid. I even tried to contact them from Spanish website , but no reply from them as well... Very disappointed, I was not expecting to face something like this, I thought it's a real company with a name.... If they won't reply in couple days, I'm going to police.
Case 03121778, Good morning,I have just received a new Cecofry DuoSize 9000 but it was used, signs of use everywhere, cooking oil inside, scratches and hair inside and outside the equipment, it is clearly not new, I request collection to refund the amount paid , exchange for a new one or exchange for another item.I await your feedback as soon as possible.Thanks.
