We had no idea when it would arrive, and didn't know which carrier, webpage just says 'In Transit'. Otherwise would be 5-stars from us.
I have purchased this product from MyRobot Centre and it is not working . I have the warranty/ guarantee fir this product but I m unable to get hold of the manufacturer to get it replaced / fixed. MyRobot Centre has shut down. Please Help !
After a week I still haven’t received my order, it also says is still at the wear house and not collected yet to be delivery.I called few times and I don’t receive any more information on when it will be sent. Not as expected situation and not very professional.
Original story: I ordered an air conditioner 20 June 2023 and they ghosted me and finally after a few attempts of recovery I received only the compressor for the air conditioner (the outside wall unit) on 19 July 2023 (1 month later) after then more battling with them the actual air conditioner arrived on 04 August 2023.In between, they have accidentally refunded me (admitting it was an error) and as a result made attempts to collect the unit Monday 08, and today 10 August after it has been installed. Instead of providing me with payment details to pay the refunded amount, they have threatened legal action.I wish I was joking, stay away from this company, the price is not worth the hassle.
Another 5 days passed, still no solution. Thanks Cecotec team for instant non-supportive behavior.I hope will get my product when it become useless to buy it.IT’S A SCAM TO ME!!! AVOID THIS SITE IF YOU CAN…I ordered a fan from Cecotec 6 days ago, neither do I receive it yet, nor Cecotec customer service is responding to calls and emails.I do not know what one should do in such cases but to me it looks like fake.Will not recommend it in future.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Cheaply made Chinese products, that look stylish, but are very low quality, dreadful aftersales service, they sent us a replacement toaster, which didn't even work, also very chaotic communication, and lots of it! 30/40 emails calls etc! I could waffle on but i think you get the picture.
Worst post-selling everI bought an air conditioning the date 10-05-2023, asked the same date for the invoice, and when arrived it was broken (made a lot of noise on the up-side like if it was not mounted correctly)Then I order a change of the device, it took more than 2 weeks to send me one, but in this case not the one I asked was arrived so after installing the second time I needed to ask for another change and the third time the device was correct, so almost 1 month sending and receiving, mounting and un-mounting devices.The current issue is that now the invoice is impossible to get, I asked already 4 times, called for 20 minutes most of the time, and still waiting to get it, already passed 3 months!! incredible
