I bought a Conga last year and just after the year of use the vacuum stopped working. I sent it to be repaired and despite It being in guarantee they want to charge me for the reparation which I think is unfair and a way of taking money from the client. I have tried contacting customer service and they said that it wasn't right but they still aren't able to find a solution. Customer service is poor and the way they only contact via email is cold and impractical. I'm very unhappy with their product and service. As I can’t respond to them I will respond here. They didn’t tell me the issue with my product but they are explaining it here and hence my discontent with product and service. If no one can respond to the client it shows poor customer care. I phoned and have written to find out the issue and no one was able to help but here they have explained the issue. Makes no sense.
I just received a package from them and opened it (very carefully). I noticed that there was a scratch on the top of the microwave. I then checked the box and saw a deep scratch all the way along the top, where someone has opened it with a knife. So someone has opened this package, damaged the product, and I presume that Cecotec have just repackaged it and sent it on to me...Also, I cannot complain about this to anyone because if I receive an error message when I try to log the incident on the Cecotec account.Edit: Changing to 4 stars as Cecotec sent a replacement product. Although communication is very poor
Pain to get refund from them. The Website is in German language but all items are shipped from Spain. and ofcourse if you dont like anything then return destination is Spain and customer has to pay 10 euro shipment charges. becareful if you are buying from Germany. Also, received refund after 1 month. Customer service is worst.
I requested a tube replacement (process 03493095 ) three months ago. After a month, they gave me a process number and assured me it would take 30-45 days. After over two months and dozens of messages, they finally responded, saying they had two addresses but were ready to send it. I provided the correct address, and two days later, I received an email informing me that the tube is out of stock. So here we are, three months later, with zero progress.
After 2 months of buying the coffee machine it have stopped working properly. After struggling to fullfil the repair order as Cecocare page is not working at all, they've picked the machine with 45 days ETA for repairment, almost the same time I've got the product with me...No replacement, no temporal substitution and no information on the process status, as Cecocare is not working... Just lame..
I bought a DrumFit Indoor 10000 Race Compact indoor spinning bike recently. There were some problems with it so i contacted support. In few days the problem was solved and they send me a new bike. I returned the first with same courier.
Wrong item sent in Spain. The company has now taken 6 weeks in dealing with this (they have responded to only around a quarter of the twenty or so emails I've sent). The last I heard was from Germany, that the scooter can't be collected from the address that it was delivered to.
I bought a heater through their website.The quality was very bad. Scratched, there was no hole to setup it. Then i returned the product. They received the product back, i got email. But its been 1 month they didn’t give my money back, they took my 100 euros, i emailed them 4 times, tried to contact but no response. Fraud, don’t buy from them. Very bad customer service & also their website
So disappointed. We ordered a fan on July 31st and paid for 3 day delivery. The fan has still not been delivered (14th Sept now). We have called multiple times to be told it is out for delivery so there is nothing they can do. We asked for a refund and were told to wait for the delivery and send it back but it’s never delivered and they offer no solution at all. We have bought a lot from cecotec before but never again it’s a big disappointment.
Stay Away from CECOTECI bought a Robot Vacuum cleaner from CECOTEC. It made a very good impression and the price was right. Unfortunately, the mops stop turning after 3 months of use. I tried contacting their customer service and that is when the joke starts. They simply do not want to be contacted. I live in Germany, I bought the product on their German shop. When I click on contact/costumer service, I get redirected to a site entirely in Spanish, not even in English, that would be entirely fine. They could simply use any free tool to make translation of their site, however they choose not to translate at all. If a company wants to sell outside Spain, then it needs to offer service in other languages. To me a clear sign that they do not want to be contacted at all. I did however contacted them, navigated my way around the Spanish website and left a message. That is where it ends with CECOTEC. I never got a reply, no one ever tried to solve my problem. Customers are a burden to them. Give us the money, but leave us alone. My product in under warranty, but they will simply wait until either the warranty ends or I run out of patience. This is only the main problem I have with them. I am leaving out a very long list of things that are wrong with the product itself. Do yourself a favour and avoid CECOTEC. I hope I could help someone and making them chose a different company. Best
