Terrible, I returned an air cooler ,3500 model in peak summer it failed to function. Following two weeks of calls daily to have them collect the useless item they did and I am now almost a month without a refund still. What is the issue??? I call daily , they make excuses, refuse to pass me to an advisor nor provide me with their name or reference. They then tell me the refund was done but I have bank statements that prove otherwise. I requested a copy of the refund and two weeks later I'm still waiting ...appalling service . Liars. No more than stealing it amounts to. Disgraceful
After the wrong response from Cecotec, in which they say that we have not sent the serial number, I can confirm that it was sent numerous times, along with videos, invoice, etc... They are evading their responsibility and are not telling the truth. They should be ashamed to treat customers like this. Do you want to know what they say to me again? that they have cancelled the incident again and that I need to send them the documentation again. They want to laugh at my mother but they won't succeed. I'll put it in the hands of my lawyer. I recommend that you DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY, they are terrible when it comes to covering their guarantees and their customer service department is real NIGHTMARE.My mother bought a Cecotec Model BigToast Double 03084 toaster through Amazon. After a year the toaster does not toast on both sides, and it is still under warranty. My mother contacted Cecotec customer service to explain the problem and request that they provide a solution. They began to ask my mother to go to their website and post the entire incident, adding photos, videos, invoice, everything and more. She did it with incidence no. 03451947 and no one got in touch to indicate how the matter was going but they did send numerous emails requesting the same information over and over again. We did send all the information required four times already. On August 12, we called for the fifth time, and they told us that they were going to send us a new one and that we would receive details of the shipment by email once it was prepared and that it would be in approximately a week. Our surprise when after a few days we received an email saying that we should send more information again, so we called, and they told us again with great arrogance that if we do not send what they say they will not pay attention and that they will hang up on us. A new incident n.03487170 has been opened againWe had bought some Cecotec vacuum cleaners and for that reason we recommended my mother buy the toaster. What a big disappointment with this brand and what it represents. Their customer service is horrible and their processes even worse. You can't treat people like that when they guarantee two years on their products and the product is under warranty.Do not buy any product from this company, you end up wasting time, money and patience.
I bought a mobile airco: 3500 cool compact smart. The machine started leaking water after a few weeks, which can be rather dangerous as it is plugged in the wall socket and I stepped in a pool of water several times. When trying to contact their customer service on the website you end up in a chatbox where several people are talking about their products at the same time. Obviously not build to genuinely assist you. The Whatsapp CS is not much better. In the end it was impossible to get a normal reaction about this issue. Maybe there was a simple fix needed from my side but without any serious help I will just throw it away at the trash.
I ordered a washing machine in Spain 11 days ago. The manufacturer is only 90 minutes drive from my property so I thought I was doing well supporting a local company. Shipping was advertised as 24-72 hours and it was dispatched within this time, however this is where it all fell apart. It has been sitting with the courier for 9 days, I was contacted a few days ago for an arranged delivery of yesterday. No machine has arrived, the transport company is not responding to my email and it is virtually impossible to get information from Cecotec.They have taken my money and I still have no washing machine.
The company is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!! My rubbish airfryer broke down and I’ve been trying to get a replacement off them for the last few months as it was under a warrenty. So far no money and no airfryer! Full of incompetent peiple who couldnt care less!! AVOID IT AT ALL COST!!

Igualmente mi sorpresa es que no tienen el repuesto ni para la garantía ni para comprar. Directamente no lo tienen, plazo de entrega 45 días (y no saben muy bien)Muy decepcionado.
