Review Time
I ordered three ceiling fans and got them installed by a qualified electrician. One of them, the cover over the bulb did not fit properly but the electrician used some silicon and it seems fine. However, one of the other ones, it was installed for no more than 24 hours, when the bulb cover fell off and is smashed. I have tried contacting Cecotec through their website but have had no response. All I want to do is to see if I can replace the bulb cover. The customer service and after sales is non existent. This is my original post in july. They have asked for more and more information but nothing gets resolved. Then they ask for more information and I send it but hear nothing. Then I look again and they have asked me to send the information to a 'No reply' email. All I want is to order a new tulip. Why is this so difficult. A really awful company. I will never, ever buy anything from them again. Update on this; Cecotec have just contacted me but after all this time, they want me to start the whole process again, filling in a form that I originally filled in in July. So not only are they always asking for more information, now they are asking me to repeat the information. This is unbelievable. Update on this: Got an email from Cecotec saying that the spart part will cost me 12.90 plus, I suppose, delivery charges. So after four months of trying to resolve this, I have to pay for their defective product. It seems I have no choice.Update on this today 31 Oct. I responded to their email agreeing to the costs even though I think it is outrageous. If it is the only way to resolve this, then let's get it done as I don't want to deal with these people any more. Since then, silence. Silence, silence, silence. Seriously, do not buy anything from these people. EVER.Another update - nearly FOUR months later, still nothing. Nothing. This company is the pits. Do not use them. Another Update. After weeks of chasing, I am told now that the piece is out of stock. Having being told it is in process, it is on it's way, now, apparently, it is out of stock. So I will chase again in a few weeks because we all know that Cecotec will never contact me about this. I am sure that the next thing will be that they do not make the tulips separately. Liars, liars and more lies. Another update. After my last post above, I got a message from Cecotec via Facebook saying that my case would be reviewed 'urgently'. That was on Feb 10. And guess what, since then, nothing. Zilch. Nada. Not a word. So, over six months later, I still have a fan with no light. This is disgraceful.
Unfortunately this vacuum stopped working just one year after we bought it. It turns off and on but stopped sucking up dirt, dust, and particles. I now have to use a broom - waste of money. I sent it in to be repaired with the correct description of the issue and Cecotec sent it back saying everything was fine. It was a lot of money and useless. Do not recommend.
I wish I'd read the review before I brought the products but who does especially when you believe your getting a good deal, something I suppose we all shouldn't believe. I brought two fans for a site called Clubefashion.com but the fans arrived directly from Cecotec.We out them together and they seemed great. The smaller fan at the moment is, fingers crossed ok. But who knows.The second fan which is a tall one, lasted 10 mins then went off. I hate the hassel of returning things so I tried everything to see if I could get it to work. Nothing, there wasn't even an indication as to why it went off no smoke marks, noise nothing. That's we're the fun began. I contacted Clubefashion.com who say they have contacted Cecotec but I'm still waiting as I'm sure they are. So I decided to try contact them myself. I got cut off that many times from there WhatsApp messages, I don't want to bore you with the details, but one thing that made me laugh was one who did answer me and even offered to get the item picked up firstly said, it will take over 45 days for us to even look at ot as we had a fair in April, its a fan by 45 days I probably wont need it anymore. I stupidly offered take it to a drop off place to make it easier for them. More fool me, then they just cut me off as I was writing my reply. I've tried emailing, calling. Nothing. This is my last hope to get them to take notice. Otherwise its just money in the bin. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is an absolute joke. bought an air fryer off Amazon and it just STOPPED working exactly after a month, so I couldn't return it on Amazon. Now, I've been trying to contact Cecotec to get a replacement for months as it is still under warranty, but their customer service is a JOKE, and no one seems to care. I understand things break, but bad customer service is unacceptable. DO NOT BUY THEIR AIRFRYERS.*UPDATE* Following the reply to this email I was able to get ahold of Cecotec and they are sending me a new air fryer. I appreciate the customer service and wish it hadn't gotten this far in order to resolve an issue.
I have purchased the item in June, promised to get it shipped in a few days. Well, it was delivered 3 weeks later. Days to get in contact with customer service, not a real answer though. I can post pictures to prove it.UPDATE after reply: If you really care for your customers you should reply properly when we have the issue, not when you read the bad review.
Ordered in good faith a washing machine from cecoteclast week. The money was withdrawn immediately.We were given a tracking number which does not work.Told the delivery people would be in touch as it was in transit.That was the only email or contact recieved other then the one confirming the order.Tried contacting them without any luck.I want to cancel the order but cant do that.Have washing mounting up and will have to get another washing machine.I am very disappointed in this company which I trusted having taken the money they would deliver the goods
