(Spanish version at the end).Got a watermachine using amazon.es, the watermachine works for 11 months and then it brokes. I call the cecotect.com website requesting for a fix, they answer me 1 months later.Two days after call then, I decide to request the Amazon refund, because the product was 1 year of warranty through Amazon (I was luck).With amazon I was to wait 15 workable days to process the return of the item and 5 workable days more to receive the money back.The first day of my water machine broke I call to general services here in Spain about what to do, they tell me that Cecotec was reseller branch and usually they doesn't have parts to replace broken products. Which was true, the website doesn't have the piece my machine requires.I decide, for now, to do not get any other Cecotec product, unless is the only option available.---Compré una máquina de agua en Amazon.es. Funcionó durante 11 meses y luego se averió. Llamé a la página web de Cecotec (cecotect.com) para solicitar una reparación y me respondieron un mes después.Dos días después de la llamada, decidí solicitar el reembolso a Amazon, ya que el producto tenía un año de garantía (tuve suerte).Amazon me indicó que debía esperar 15 días hábiles para procesar la devolución y 5 días hábiles más para recibir el reembolso.El mismo día que se averió mi máquina de agua, llamé al servicio técnico en España para preguntar qué hacer. Me dijeron que Cecotec era un distribuidor autorizado y que normalmente no disponen de piezas de repuesto para productos averiados. Y así fue: en la página web no tenían la pieza que necesitaba mi máquina.Decidí, por el momento, no comprar ningún otro producto Cecotec, a menos que sea la única opción disponible.
I have bought a few things directly from Cecotec. One arrived with missing parts, but still worked so I kept it. Another was a refurbished coffee machine that came with the water container completely cracked. I had to send it back and instead chose a new one. After 8-10 months of low usage I realised the portafilter (which I assumed was catering grade stainless steel) started to rust. I raised a support query with Cecotec. They replied to me nearly two months later to say I could purchase I replacement portafilter but the part was only covered under a manufacturing defect warranty for 6 months. So beware - the parts rust very quickly and apparently that's fine!
I bought a vacuum cleaner and besides it taking forever to be delivered, with no information about when it was supposed to arrive, I now am going to send it back for the 3rd time to have it fixed because it never worked correctly. its impossible to contact customer service and last time they jsut returned the broken vacuum cleaner to me without fixing it, saying nothing is wrong with it, while it stops working after 1,5 room, gets overheated and smells like fire. I am never buying Cecotec again.
I bought a small freezer, which took a little bit more time to be delivered than expected, but no problem there. The issue was that they sent me a white version when I bought an inox colored one. I sent the very same day a request via their website to change the freezer, and a week and a half later, I received no sort of response. Very disappointing
Really terrible customer service. Bought an ice machine on Jan 2024. It became defective before one year. I called and they requested to "fix it". I had to ship it and they took 2+ months to return another one that was not new, even though they claim was new (they had even discontinued the model). Anyways, now the "new" machine is broken again and I called them. They claim I have to do the entire process again. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told it was impossible to speak to a supervisor and that I could take it or leave it. Horrible service!!!!!!!*********************************************2025-09-22 update:I don´t understand why you bothered to tell me to contact your company via email when they answered the same thing as above.
I wrote a review about the delay on my machine 7 days ago, cecotec replied within 24 hours saying that they were going to deal with the issue. Guess what still nothing another 7 days waiting for my washing machine that I ordered on 30th August with 5 day delivery. No reply to another email I have sent and no telephone contact number to call. 17 days now with no washing machine. If they could just refund me my money I could go buy one from the local shop.
No product delivered, Mrw say address incorrect when it is not. Went to local Mrw office and was told it is in Malaga and nothing they can do.Now can't even log in to Cecotec website. I have a cecotec toaster which is great but bought from Amazon
I have ordered a product with stated delivery time of 3 working days on their website. After the purchase, I received an automated message that the delivery will take much longer and my item disappeared from the website. I have contacted their Customer Service to explain and give me an approximate delivery time. I have received no answer and so I requested a cancellation of my order and my right of withdrawal. Nobody is reacting to my messages and I don't know how to proceed. It feels like a fraudulent behavior and not legitime online purchase process.
