Review Time
I bought a Conga 11090 robot vacuum cleaner. It worked well for 3 months, but when the covering of the central brush broke, Cecotec ignored me. I have called, mailed and whatsapp in German and Spanish to get them to send me a 12 euro part. They have categorically refused to do anything more than 'send a message to the relevant department'. The most infuriating part: the proposed to send me the part I needed, I accepted and then they just ghosted me despite repeated attempts to contact them.
I sent my vacuum robot (under warranty) to repair on April 14th and still don't know when I'm going to receive it back, when they advertise a 30 days solution through their cecocare service. They "accidentally" drop de calls in the call center when you call them. It takes at least 10 minutes every call to their call center.... Shameful! Last thing I'm buying from CECOTEC
I ordered and paid 54.90 euros on the 3rd June 2024 for a Power Black Titanium 2500MAX PerfectMix and was given a delivery date of 12th June 2024, the transport company was SEUR. The delivery company did not deliver, no phone call or any messages as to the reason for non-delivery. Next day I found out that my item had been returned to CECOTEC. I did not receive any acknowledgment from CECOTEC as to why there was no delivery and since than I have sent messages by WhatsApp and evertime I get to communicate with someone I get told that .someone from another department will contact me. I am still waiting and I have asked for a full refund and also I have asked for a "Hojas de Recalamaciones" but still no response. With tbis kind of experience I would not recommend anyone to purchase ant CECOTEC products.
I started off small with a sandwich grill, after that an air fryer, then a robot vacuum. All excellent!I then bought an EScooter, not so good, but returned and full refund given. Just bought a new house, so kitted it out with Cecotec, dishwasher, double fridge freezer, washing machine and 4 ceiling fans (have got to say the fans are Amazing! Silent and no need for the AC to go on).I've been a happy customer now for over 6 years. Can't fault them.
I placed an order on 2nd May 2024. It says it would be delivered between 24 and 48 hours. The money was taken immediately. The product has still not been shipped. I've contacted them three times via WhatsApp which seems to be the only means of contact. Each time they say they've opened an incident and there's no follow up, today I asked them to specify a delivery date and they quit the chat. The customer service is awful. I still don't have my order and no updates as to when I'm going to receive it.
I have previously reviewed Ceotec.it was disgraceful how this issue was dealt with. Ceotec insisted on videos of a fault which was impossible to do.Habitium would not give me the number of the technical support team. Ceotec would not ring me despite giving my number to assist on how to uninstall this item. I ended up having to uninstall it myself with difficulty. It was the fuse was the problem When I asked Habitium for a particial refund th e point blanked refused. I do not speak Spanish. I was left with no microwave apparently because Habitium constantly contacted Ceotech technical support and some help desk. How this was handled by Habitium and ceotec is a disgrace why did Ceotech continusely ask for videos of a fault when the fault was unknown
I'm really confused reading the reviews of the other people. I can't say I share the same experience, quite the contrary. I have purchased 7 portable air conditioners and has been really happy with them. Past month one of them stopped cooling, I logged into their website and used their support page which was really easy to use, I chose my product, described my problem and I received a mail confirming they received it and that they'll either come pick up the product or that I dropped it off. I chose to get it picked up, I packaged it and about a week after a guy comes to pick it up. They were mailing me every time something was done in the process so I had control of what was going on. They couldnt unfortunately repair my product so they replaced it with a newer, better and more expensive version instead. I didn't need to call them once, everything was settled digitally and it was within 30 days that I reported my product until I got a new one replaced free of charged.Super happy with the product, the service and their modern concept with automation.
Phone number doesn’t work, no answer to email. Horrible costumer support. I made an order 4 days ago, got an automated email saying my order was shipped, but the tracking code says the carrier didn’t picked up. I have no idea where my product is, but it should have been delivered today. After seeing all these negative comments I’m wondering if I did the wrong thing buying from them.
