Cecotec is a NO!Products don't work, products delivered do not match the purchase, commitments are not honoured, Customer Service can't do anything... 6 months waiting for an Oven. It's definitely a NO202 / 5 000¡Cecotec es un NO!Los productos no funcionan, los productos entregados no se corresponden con la compra, los compromisos no se cumplen, el servicio de atención al cliente no puede hacer nada... 6 meses esperando un horno. Definitivamente es un NO.
This company is working with a delivery service that is known to be extremely awful and it is a real gamble if your package even arrives. Cecotec is aware of this and do not change anything. You cannot cancel your product until your product arrives by the delivery company. They should be upfront with what company they are using for their delivery because if that would have been known I wouldn't have bought anything with them. Meanwhile I am still waiting to get a refund
I ordered an air conditioning system they took my money but I did not hear for them for a month each time I contacted them they told me we’ll contact our logistics team.I just noticed that the order has been canceled, I still haven’t seen my money back and I haven’t even received an email for the cancellation of my order this site is a joke with absolutely no professionalism.
I brought a Cecotec Conga probably around a year ago. Loads of great advice when buying it. Except Don’t. After a couple of weeks the charger wouldn’t work. Eventually got a second charger from the store, after creating a war. To be honest I’ve hardly used it since. I thought I would try again this week. Guess what, it’s still rubbish. Ok, not the most expensive on the market, but is it to much to just ask for it to do what it says on the tin. Takes forever to charge to 100%, it doesn’t pick up dog hair, even with its anti tangle roller. It’s anti tangle because it won’t pick anything up that is likely to get tangled. I tried to vacuum my mattress today and it overheated and cut out before I’d gone over the mattress. If it doesn’t overheat before you’ve finished, it will just stop and need recharging 🤦♂️ It has the suction power of a four year old with a straw. Would I recommend it?…..Only if you don’t have a four year old with a straw handy.
this is couldn't be serious, their customer support is just a joke. They sent me a wrong item, because the real time wasn't available. this is such a low level of competence and respectful cooperation. So cecotec is failing with a shipping and then with an adequate support. it's about one month passed since I received my order, and there is no solution at all. upd; this is a total disgrace, after you write to this email, you get a super general excuse na another one redirection, it looks they never read it. the quantity of red flags is overwhelming. I genuinely think such companies shouldn't exist in the market. I never buy anything from this funny project again
