Very unprofessional company. Too hard to find contact details, the website is awful and possibly the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I fear if I have to use my warranty because I have no faith in this company. Do not buy these products. In response. Your contact email does not say you have one for Spain, I had to deal with the Italian side according to your website(this was just a random assumption I had to make myself). As far as this goes I would find an email the simplest/least time consuming way to deal with your company. I'm hindsight I couldn't imagine speaking in person to someone who can't do their job. So email is best.You sold me this product and then cancelled it without telling me.I had to email you to find out you are not sending my the product I paid for. You never contacted me.In addition I was silly enough to buy the upgraded version directly from your website again after the failed first purchase. It was missing accessories and now I am dealing with people who are telling me to send them a number I already sent them because they didn't understand they needed the model number. Please respond again so I can continue to explain my difficulties with this very poor company.I'm still the fool to attempt to purchase 2 times with this company, so please take my advice and don't follow in my errors.
Do not buy cecotec products in the bol.com nederland store. On October 31, 2022, I bought Bigdry 900 professional on bol.com. The dehumidifier is broken. As of October 20, 2023, I cannot contact anyone to send the device for repair. Bol.com refers me to cecotec spain, and cecotec espania sent me an email saying they would send me a return label to print soon. I don't know when it is soon, there is no email to contact cecotec and no phone number. I think I lost my 200 euros forever. I do not recommend this company.
I have several Cecotec products and all of them are high quality at a reasonable price, no problems there. Trying to get answers to questions about products or technical help is near impossible though. I think quality customer service is what makes a good product into a great product.
Hello, I bought a glass kettle (Cecotec Hervidor de Agua Eléctrico ThermoSense 350 Clear) three months ago. It overheated twice by itself and the kettle was too hot to touch. I had to wait for it to cool down before using it again. The metal plate inside has started to oxidise. It is a serious fire risk. I have now returned it via Amazon. I also wish to add another bad experience with Cecotec, albeit a little late in the day. In 2020 I bought a cordless vacuum cleaner (Conga Thunderbrush 829 Immortal) which did not work very well. The suction power was lamentable. I wrote twice witin the first year, while still under guarantee, to complain and ask for refund. No reply. I phoned and nothing happened. The third time I contacted them by email, I was told it was out of guarantee and they wouldn’t do anything. They were also very rude on the phone about it. So I ended up chucking it in the rubbish container. That’s €100 euros gone down the drain. No more Cecotec for me, thank you very much.
Don't buy any product from this company especially if you live in a country that they do not have either their own dealer nor collection and delivery service. You have ZERO support if you have a broken spare (which is very possible) or if your product needs service. In this case you have to throw it in the BIN!I bought a mambo touch Food processor in Switzerland! The package had already TWO faulty spare parts. Unfortunately i discovered that 3 days after i had bought and already used the product and i couldn't return it to the e-shop. It should be untouched.They told me to contact Cecotec in spain. I did so and i asked them at least to post me one of them, i would buy the other one myself because it was really urgent to get it fast. I aked for the MamboMix spoon. It is a very small part of 70grams. I was surprised to receive a reply telling me that since they don't have a collection and delivery service in Switzerland, i should give them an address in a country they HAVE!!! A different country? Seriously???They didn't even bother to put this little thing in an envelope and post it! The simplest thing on Earth! Absolute lack of common sense and flexibility on basic things.Is that called customer service? And why do they sell their cheap Chinese faulty products in countries they don't support?STAY REALLY AWAY from this horrible company that has ZERO respect for its customers.
I bouhgt the coffee machine and after one month later it’s already broken. I tried to contact customer service to send back the machine and get money back but no answer. It’s already second coffee machine from them and both was broken- first one already when it came.
My experience rate for Mambo touch is 4⭐️but I bought mine 11 months ago I have a problem and Wasn't resolved my Havana stop working only show on display the temperature is hot,I hope here I got same help.I contact the seller with out success.I appreciate if have someone from cecotec get in touch with me,Thanks.
I bought a Conga 4690 about a year ago. The shipping was super fast, and the robot looks really nice until you start using the App. The App is really bad, provides no feedback. I was not being able to get the robot to execute plans and when I tried to contact support, I got into this maze of questions and redirects until I finally left a message. Until today I got no reply. So I started looking around and figuring out what was happening and we manage to operate the robot (poorly). Last week the robot start dying out of battery and not charging, so I went to the maze of questions again, I open a ticket but again, until this day, no answer. Worse post-selling support ever. Never buy from this guys!
I bought a washing machine one month ago and theorically was a 24-48h shipping time. Im still waiting for it or the refund. Called 15 times to try to solve anything. Unprofessional, scam company. Never buying anything from them again and never gonna recommend it to anyone. Thinking about placing a formal complaint to the police for scam.
