They are misguiding customer at the time of checkout they show a different amount with discount and free delv option but when u press checkout amount changed and charged are different. It happened severel times . They refunded 2 order price difference coz I took screen shot. So be careful when you see amt before check out and after checkout.I order almost everyday from years and never noticed this. Not realized it recently.Customer service called and appolized saying we will rectify it . But it's still repeated.
Shamelessly talabat company asking to wait since many days. 14 April to till now 19 April no refund has taken place. They says rider manager will call to refund the money but no one calls. Everyday u raised the chat request but no one really helpful. Never order from talabat. They will take your money and say sorry the item is not available a d we will refund but so far it take place My complaint number is 261065065. I spoke to Michel who suppose to send the refund in 24hours but your company so far failed to address the issue. You people charged me for the item which is unavailable by talabat mart. I have the screenshot for apologising for the failure of your company to remove the item from talabat mart and yet charged the customer. I have been waiting for my cash refund as promised but no resolution
Big disappointment and bad service. I made an order this evening, and it took them more than two hours to deliver it. I am writing this review , while I am still waiting. I will think one million times next time before I make an order through Talabat. Not reliable at all.
Review: I am planning to stop using this company. I ordered something recently and was charged for it and it did not arrive. I sent screenshots and even sent the order advertisement. The company refused to refund me back for the order even though I never received all my items. I have reached out to them several times. At best you will get an apology but that's it. If I could give Talabat 0 stars I would, but best believe I will never use their services again. They are dishonest. I sent screenshots as well. I wish I could add pics here as well. My meal cost me 260 aed and they sent no salmon. I was supposed to get 5 pieces. I have a large family. They first said that no salmon comes with the meal so I screenshot the advertisement menu. When that did not work they said we will credit you 10 aed. I said I Paid 260 aed for salmon and shrimp. You gave me no salmon and you want to refund 10 aed? This is stealing from customers. I will stick with deliveroo next time.
I wanted to share an update with you regarding my recent experience with Talabat and my order number 1076878817. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, while shopping for groceries, I found that many stores did not check if they had the items in stock, which was frustrating.Moreover, when I ordered from McDonald's, I requested in the notes section and directly messaged the driver to not ring the bell upon delivery. However, the driver ignored my requests and rang the bell twice, causing me to feel quite upset. I also found the customer service resolution to be unprofessional as they only compensated for their colleagues' mistakes and failed to address the underlying issues.Furthermore, I noticed that the driver did not speak English fluently, which may have added to the communication breakdown. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I hope that Talabat can improve their service quality in the future.

If I could give you a rating of less than 1 I would.Funds were withdrawn from my account several times or blocked 1JD, on the basis that they were unlockable and were not recovered or unblocked.The bank was contacted and I was informed that the amount was withdrawn, and it is when creating an account on their APP 1JD for bank account check or something like thatAn order was made through their app for an amount of approximately 5 or 6 JD, which is not the large amount, and i was informed through their app that the payment process failed, and the bank informed me that the withdrawal process was completed successfully , and I contacted them on 26.27.03.2023, and they informed me that yes, the amount was withdrawn for the amount .The amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days, and until this moment, nothing has been refunded. Each time they just say we escalated.Also, the prices on their app are much times higher than the prices of the restaurant or any shops, so I recommend using another application for orders.
