Talabat let's us down again. Unfortunately my wife used Talabat and ordered from Zaatar We Zeit . And the same story ....they initially informed the delivery time for 8.20 pm and now showing to deliver at 9.30 pm ...guests and children arrived from Desert Safari and are so hungry.....everyone's disappointed ....even after our previous complaint ...Talabat team shows not a care to correct their planning.
I coordinate with talabat through email since they don't have hotline. I was debited to my card since FEBUARY 13, 2023 . first they told me I WAS DEBITED ONLY 84 AED WHEN ITS AED 150 AND THEN nothing was debited twice only once and still no refund. THEY DON'T WHAT IS THE VALUE OF MONEY TO BELOW AVERAGE SALARY PEOPLE they making it hard for you to get your own money.so bad
The guys that run this company are scumbags, they have zero respect for the vendors. They put all the fault constantly on the vendors and they design everything so that the vendor gets blamed and takes the charge even when they screw up the delivery. I have seen this happen over and over again. They stack order to multiple locations without telling the customer and then when it arrives late they blame the vendor. They also make it impossible for the vendor to see the timeline of when they marked an order being ready for pickup instead they will only show when the order was accepted and when the order went out for delivery. They do this so that the vendor is not able to prove they had the order ready from their side and it was in fact the driver who was late to pickup the order. I have had scenarios where the order has been in delivery for 50 mins or more and they put the blame on the vendor still. They are total scumbags and by the way that 20%+ commission they charge to all the vendors is just reflected on a high price to all the customers, they also pressure us into giving contact discounts in order to get visibility all this is actually just causing us to charge a higher price to the customer. It is not actually translating into saving for the customer, you should all boycott talabat.
My latest experience with Talabat Bahrain was very disappointing and unpleasant. I ordered from Texas Chicken and paid with my credit card which was a big mistake, when the order arrived the driver contacted me using talabat chat (in their app) he wrote one sentence, sir order is outside so I replied OK and I went to get my order but I didn't see the driver outside, I waited for 10 minutes and looked at my phone to my surprise the order was canceled, I contacted talabat customer service through the Live chat which was the only option to contact them and the agent apologized then he assured me that a refund will be issued within 30 minutes but I didn't receive any, the next day I contacted talabat again 4 more times but they changed thier story now they said because I didn't answer my phone the order was canceled and it is thier policy not to give me a refund, I tried to explain that no one called me on my phone, I just received one chat message but they keep lying and telling me that the driver called and the restaurant called but no one did, now they refuse to give me a refund.
My order was lost so got a refund by talabat pay which is stupid. Ordered the same again and still didn’t receive my food. 3 hours from the time I ordered my first order, I spoke with a manager who gave me a refund to my bank account. Worst company ever. Never using them again.
Absolutely zero customer service. Food is late 2 hours. Delivery guy says he doesn’t see my order in the app. App failed and doesn’t work. Impossible to reach by phone or chat their support. Impossible to cancel my order and get my money back. Super disappointed and will never use talabat.
the worst app i have experienced, i dont know why they stopped the zomato, or taken over zomato. they offered 75% offer if migrated to talabat, but never able to redeem it.even if i tried to place new order, its difficult. now shiftin to deliveroo.
For an order via Talabat fro Burger King, I Reciever a cold San ditch and over cooked fries which is a bad quality of potato’s in the first.In response to my clam I received an automatic apology response, however, I claimed my money back. They are keeping sending such stupid responses promising to call back which they never did.Talabat customer service are the worst service ever
