I wish I could give them no Star at all. They’re becoming so greedy! Everyday they make the grocery order limit higher and higher! Even the free delivery vouchers no more applicable unless I add extra items ?! So what’s the point if am trying to save but you’re forcing me to spend! Unfortunately due to my location I am forced to use them for grocery but I think I will not anymore.

Spillage and Decline to process refund despite registering the concern with proof immediately. …

An immediate ticket was raised via the Talabat App informing them that the item was spilled. Received no response until 36 hours later where by an automated email was sent. After continuous follow-up for the next 24 hours, i was informed by the service rep - Sobia Nadeem as talabat T&Cs no refund can be processed. This despite submitting pictures of the spillage and reporting the instance within minutes of receiving the order. Be careful whilst transacting with Talabat for larger purchase order.

Food was all wet, drinks were spilled.

Is there an option for 0 stars? They spilled my drinks all over my food and they never apologized for it. I can’t eat any of the food that i ordered and they are clever. Instead of refunding to my bank, they just put it as talabat pay. Last time they did not complete my order and they neither refunded me nor change my order.

worst food delivery company ever!

They try to steal money in every way possible. I asked for a refund on my credit card due to wrong order and items missing, and they just charged a minimum part of the total amount on talabat pay, which I asked not to do because I was traveling home and not able to use it. So they will keep my money and I paid an excessive amount of money to eat half of the order I placed. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Took my money and gave me nothing in return

Food was late, cold when it arrived and the order was wrong. Asked for the sauce separate due to allergies but it was put on the food so couldn’t eat anything. Contacted customer care who refunded 50% of the price paid. They took my money and gave me nothing in return then stopped responding to my emails.

I had to cancel my orders

I had to cancel my orders. It gets so frustrating, all appetite gone. Never ending wait for rider to deliver . Called the restaurants .. they say “food is ready, but rider is not available”.. not sure how this business model is working for talabat.

In two days i had two cancel my order…

In two days i had two cancel my order due to very late delivery almost two hours to deliver the food , i have shares my feedback several times no action was taken . They need to improve the delivery timings
